App no longer works
I registered as a donor on the app, but now I’m unable to update any of my details. I keep receiving calls from people requesting blood, even though I’m currently unable to donate frequently due to time constraints. I also can’t reset my password—there are no SMS or email notifications, and the app seems largely inactive, with no proper support available.

Blood donor login not working
Blood donor login not working. I have observed this issue on iPhone 12 with app and ios latest version. Please fix. The app is more handy than the website to search and update. Thanks

This is a great service for the donors and great help for those who want blood but there are some people who don’t want to donate without taking money and ask for ₹4000 for a donor. It happened with me in Guwahati, Assam

i donate blood on 05th nov 2022 and i update in my profile list in last donate list also then one caller called me 12 th nov 2022 whai i do he s very disappointedmy name will show in after 3 month only bt my name shows to caller pls update this issue

Special characters are not allowed for password field while logging in iOS app
Can you please check why special characters are not allowed to log in on iOS app. Able to crate the password with special characters.
Not letting me to enter my user id which contains”.” “@“
Please fix the login screen issue where my user id is not accepted which is an email id contains special characters specified in title, and it’s allowed when copy pasted my email id into the field which is strange.
Suggestion
Can you please add an option where we can mention if we have recently donated blood - such that for 3 months we are not called and don’t have to disappoint callers.

Unable to write my id. It contains ‘dot’.. app is not allowing to write < . > in id.

I am using the app on iphone, while trying to login to my profile (which has a {dot} in my user id) but in the app it is not allowing me to key in “dot” it’s prompting me as enter valid user id if i skip the “dot”... kindly help me resolve this issue... thanks
