Greatly Appreciated
They GET Bus on Demand has provided me much needed transportation. Most of the time the drivers are very friendly and I get to my destination on time.
While the experience during the ride is a breeze, the app itself lacks accuracy. I will watch the map on the app and the bus will not move for over 10 minutes. It’s very frustrating and confusing because I don’t want to miss the bus if the app happens to be wrong.

I feel this service is so useless. There is always high demand for the buses everytime I try for a ride. It’s a very stupid app
Worst App I Have
I literally only use this because I have to. Multiple times I’ve been charged for a ride only for the ride to be cancelled. It would be fine if the money was refunded in a timely manner but it never is. I’m low income and need every dollar I spend. There’s never drivers, wait times are ridiculous, and the drivers you do manage to get are rude or don’t follow the GPS. Do not use unless you absolutely need to

Queue system
Adding a queue system would make this app completely worth it. For now, you just have to hit submit repeatedly into a route is found

Love the on demand service, but the app is lacking. Either there is a shortage of drivers/vans, and/or the demand for rides has increased greatly, because it has become more and more difficult to even book a ride. Sometimes I’ll spend over an hour trying nonstop to book a ride, then eventually have to find a regular bus, or book an Uber to get home and wasted all that time. It would be a nice option to be able to book a ride ahead of time. Also, it would be helpful if the driver receives another pickup on the way, that it be included on the map with an updated TBD pickup time. Sometimes the van will go what looks like someplace random that isn’t even heading toward my pickup location, but the app doesn’t list any info about it picking up another rider and 10 mins pickup time will turn into 30 mins.
