Poor service

Bikes are dirty and usually in bad conditions, no helmets, no phone holders.
Availability is also very limited.

waited half hour trying to stop ride

my first ride with go sharing and after a 12min ride, it would not open the helmet box and thus i couldn’t end the ride. kept getting billed while i was frantically trying to find a way to contact support. nothing in the app. had to google and find the chat interface on the web and have them unlock and end my ride. they at least credited the difference (though for the time i wasted they should’ve refunded me the entire ride!) and worse the refund was as a credit on the app so now i have to take another ride to use that or lose it. i wasn’t planning on using go again.

UI is a scam

Second time writing a review. The unlock helmet button rarely works. And if it doesn’t you are forced to end the ride (it is illegal without a helmet). However, attempting to end the ride will meet you with a “helmet not attached to cable” message which stops you from ending the ride. Not to mention the ONLY other way to end the ride is through the so called 24/7 support team which after 15 attempts still refused to take my call. Don’t waste your money. They are actively scamming users.

The new app shows only 1 scooter available, whose price is 6€ per minute for RESERVING, 1€ per minute for driving… they really messed everything up, switching to other scooter providers
