This app was decent at first but now i cant even log into my account which i have money in. Keeps saying log in failed, try again later, or locks my account…

I got locked out of the account then it was no way for me to contact them communicate with them

The app works most of the time. The bank its self has its problems. Most other businesses don’t wanna have anything to do with Go2bank because it’s not a real bank you can walk into so beware of that. Plus anytime you wanna do anything they will block you from doing that too and then you have to call them every time and that’s a pain in the butt. They can’t seem to get it in their head not to block you every time you want to buy something or pay something off.

Unresponsive App
The app is a hit or miss as of recent. Sometimes it works but, most of the time, it doesn’t. Lately I have just been logging into the website with no issues. Hopefully the app gets fixed soon.
App Issues
It’s no reason why this is a banking app and I haven’t been able to access my account in 2 days now ughhh. I can’t login in on the app or online because it just keeps circling… I’m switching back to my old bank! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK!

To get my statement I deposited $74.. to the account I haven’t a chance to spend it due to car accident I’m going through, not having a car to go to the
Therapy I chat with them asking to find my balance and she told me $1.23 so where is my money go? And she gives me a transaction
A month ago .. so pls
Tell me! What is wrong here..your money disappeared like that with out explanation is madness.. well I though I share

Cash deposit fees
The app clearly states that there is no deposit fee at Walgreens, but when I went to deposit cash, there was a $4.95 fee.
