Just started using you guys
I can barely log in without uninstalling and reinstalling the app this is getting ridiculous and I just signed up for DD but I might switch to another card service because this is horrible what is going on smh

Starting to hate the app
For the past month and a half it takes forever to login iv deleted and reinstalled it twice already and now i keep getting the app needs to be updated but when i go into the app store it shows nothing for an update just open hopefully they figure out the bug soon.

I joined Go2bank because of my son who gave me the app so we can both get 50 dollars each but that not the only reason I joined because you can check out your account and control it by locking it, which is great some other cards don’t give you that option and they also give you notifications which is great. This is why I like to go to bank and I got my card in no time and what I love about it is you get no bank fees like I used to get with my bank and I think you guys very much. Anne Marie.

Bought a card, genuinely one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen, it won’t even let you open an account if you try over and over again even though they made you fail themselves

Great mobile banking app, easy to use and easy to add money , it’s a legit debit card , accepted mostly everywhere
Good APY saving’s
They have a great APY for saving accounts. But they didn’t let my loan go through and locked me out of my account for 24 hours. The bank is all automated. Not much customer service.
The worse
App never works you’ll have to start new password just about every time you logged into app. They’ll lock you out your account without your knowledge.and your account always messes up when you’re expecting a deposit
Haven’t really used it
I haven’t been able to use it lately because it just stays on the loading screen. I have to restart my phone for it to work. I think that’s very unnecessary .
Scam for information
I got my account information and my card in the mail a day ago. Tonight I tried to activate my card. While doing that I was asked to put in my ssn, my drivers license, take a picture of myself, and create an account. I was immediately denied. I went online to login my account but was told my account is permanently locked. I contacted customer service through the online chat. I told them the situation and sent screenshots of everything. They told me to call the customer service number and press 6. Did that and I had to tell them my card number, my name, and my login information. They told me they can’t do anything for me because the email I used already has an account with them. Then told me to throw away the card and don’t worry about anything. I said ok and hung up. I am not pleased with this bank. I feel like they just wanted my information so they could possibly use it. I also feel like this was a waste of my time and there wasn’t any real help. Stay away from this bank!!

I don’t know I just this app I don’t know what’s up with it, but I’ve been deleting it downloading it deleting it downloading it and for some reason every time I try to get into my account it never the app will not load. I have money on my card and that won’t work so I don’t know what’s going on with this app. I think it’s not a good app. I want to use this bank for the life for me.

The app is having major issues. When you tap on the app to open it, it just sits on the GO2 front page and doesn’t do anything else.
