Loved this app. Really feel a difference in my game
I love this app it’s pricey but really good things they teach you. Really appreciate Pete Holman and BILL Fabrocini always excited to train with them. Definitely recommend watching their videos. I love how it’s golf focused so I can workout and actually work on my swing without being on the course. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Bullet proof shoulders
In the video it appears she is using two bands, and the equipment set up is not clear—please elaborate if i need to purchase another set of med and light bands for the exercises

I’m in the third year year of this program, and the various exercises and instructors bring a unique look and feel to exercises that you’d think are just simple small movements, BUT, the make all the difference in the world.
After the first year , I was in the top 3% of all users, the second year, I dropped to top 9%, my goal is to be in the top 1% for 2026.

I love the variety of both the workouts and the coaches. It’s exciting just to see who’s gonna show
I really enjoy this app. I like the way they take you through all the exercises and that there are a variety of different coaches and routines to keep me engaged. There are no downsides.
Great Helped a lot
Helped my golf game a bunch. Helps with stronger, faster and more flexible swing. Just doing it everyday for a week I felt better.
Instructions to fast
Great app and really good workouts/mobility/etc for golf. Some of the instructors rush right into the workout though without really explaining or demonstrating the movement. Need to explain the movement, demonstrate a couple times THEN start the rep count.
Life changing
GOLFFOREVER is the best fitness app by a mile, and my favorite app! GF gives this old man better and pain-free golf. No need for gym membership or physical therapy, Golf Forever has safer more effective ways to build strength, prevent injuries and rehab. Awesome instructors, seemingly endless amount of different routines.

Great stretches and use of roller to address pain inside and outside of elbow. Very nice explanations exactly what these stretches and use of roller accomplish.
Needs better workout filters
Categorize workouts. One example is a pre-round warm up. The content is good but put some work into the UI.

Great Supplement to Great Golf
I do a lot of weight training in the off season but I always come back to GolfForever to supplement and to focus on golf-specific training. From pre-round warmups to core and rotational power routines, this system is fantastic. The instructors are engaging and knowledgeable and the app works great. Commit to it and see results with your body and game!

Worth it
I’ve used this program pretty religiously for a little over a year. The workouts are a great way to improve if you have limited time during your day.
Changed everything
I’m 60 years old and as a direct result of Golf Forever I’m hitting farther than I did ten years ago. From core strength to flexibility and injury prevention the app is great. Instructors bring energy and new workouts every day.
Needs Some Refining
It’s a great workout for golf no doubt. Holman’s a bit much and the workouts don’t seem like a developed program specific to my needs. It’s all over the place but at the very beginning when I filled out the assessment it started off spot on to my pain points and now it’s just way off.
