Terrible app/ worst customer service
The workout program was decent but there business practice is a complete sham. They sold lifetime access to programs, and then they changed their business model and basically say too bad so sad. File a BBB complaint in Florida as well as a Florida Attorney General Consumer Complaint
Bad service!!!
Purchased the “mom body” program when I was postpartum in 2023 and was told it was a lifetime purchase and it was very expense at the time! Now I’ve gone to log on as I want to refix my diastatis recti and I’m being asked to pay $9.99 a month to reactive. Absolutely outrageous and they should be ashamed of themselves as new mums do not have that kind of money to spare!

Insane Glute Growth
I’ve tried many programs for woman and none have grown my glutes like this! Workouts are easy to follow and the video demonstration are helpful! I do wish there was a space to input how many reps you were able to complete on each set of a workout. I’ve been typing that into the notes which is time consuming. However, that’s a big part of how i track progress week to week as a woman who can’t always increase the weights each week.

Dishonest pricing
I bought program a few years ago for a set price. In recent time, they redid their pricing, to a monthly fee, instead of a lump sum. They are now trying to charge me a monthly fee on top of the one time, lump sum payment I made.

Crazy work
I swear I’m not a Karen by any means, but I’m extremely disappointed by this company and its business practices. The fact that I even feel the need to preface my review with that says a lot about the current state of how companies operate.
I purchased this program back in 2021 and genuinely loved it! Back then it was marketed and sold as a one-time purchase with “lifetime access.” Today, I reached out to ask why I needed a monthly sub to access a program I had already paid for?
I completely understand that apps cost money to maintain! What I don’t understand is how a company can advertise “lifetime access” and then later revoke that access unless customers start paying a recurring fee. Seems highly illegal, or at the very least shady!
In their email response, they stated that “early purchasers were also granted an additional full year of complimentary access following the transition as a gesture of appreciation.” Brother, what do you mean you gave me “complimentary access” to a product I already BOUGHT? Am I a joke to you? 😂 The mental gymnastics these companies go through to justify milking us every month is crazy!
I know $50 may not seem like much to you, but it’s the principle, especially in this struggling economy! If “lifetime access” doesn’t actually mean lifetime access, you should give your early customers a refund or grandfather them in somehow!
Learn from my mistake fellas: do not purchase digital copies from these companies! Purchase books, DVD’s, or download PDF’s instead. At least they can’t steal those back when they decide they want more money from you. 😂

Lost access I paid for
I originally paid for a program before their subscription model which specifically was just a once time price for access to the program for life. Now my access was revoked and I was pushed into a subscription model like every other influencer. I understand making your money but honor your original purchases that were agreed to under a different terms.

Updated App
I love the new options to check off your work outs. It makes it easy to keep track of which set and days I’m on! I’ve used their app since the pandemic started and has helped me with mobility significantly. I was unable to move my entire body due to illness and inflammation but with modifications (lowering reps & weights) I am mobile again! The workouts work every part of my body and helps strengthen and build muscle. For me, I found that low weights and repetitive movements was what my body needed. The only change I didn’t like about the app is it went from the one time fee to a monthly charge. I am however, thankful for their app and specialty which makes it all worth the cost. I can also cancel anytime which alleviates any future cost concerns. Thank you to the creators for building this app, the workouts and continuously improving.

Frustrated with platform change
Purchase this app back in 2021 with a promise of a lifetime use only for them to change it in 2024 to a monthly subscription that you have to pay for so I’ve lost access to the plan I originally paid for. Seems like they’ve gotten very money hungry over the years. On a positive note they’re always clicked to respond back when you email them.

They took away my paid content to force a monthly subscription
Total lack of transparency and completely unethical business practices. I bought the lifetime gym/home version of Better Booty 1. When the app updated, it locked me out and hit me with a paywall demanding $9.99/month to regain access.
When I reached out to support, they hid behind their "December 2024 Terms of Service update," casually explaining that they transitioned to a subscription model and decided to terminate previous lifetime agreements. They think giving early buyers a "complimentary year" somehow makes it okay to revoke a permanent contract.
They are literally holding my past purchase hostage to force me into a monthly subscription. This is false advertising and a total bait-and-switch. If you purchase anything from GoodFitness, be warned that they can and will take it away from you whenever they want a new revenue stream. Reporting this directly to the App Store for policy violations.

False advertisement
I purchased one of their program with the agreement that it included lifetime access. Now it states I must pay $9.99 per month in order to regain access to content that was already purchased under the original terms. If the company has decided to change its terms and conditions or move to a subscription-based model, those changes should only apply to new customers moving forward, not to existing customers who purchased the program under a different agreement. Customers who paid for lifetime access made their purchase based on the terms that were advertised and agreed upon at the time of sale. Revoking access unless an additional monthly fee is paid is misleading and contradicts the original purchase agreement. I will be requesting that my lifetime access be fully restored or refund is given. If they don’t grant me my request I will pursue further action through consumer protection channels regarding misleading sales practices and failure to honor the original agreement.

Unethical Price Adjustment , don’t bother
I’ve been a customer since 2019 and purchased multiple programs given it was lifetime access. They changed their terms in 2024/2025 and said oops sorry, charging you for monthly means more than your loyalty. Anyone who can do that to long standing customers will only do it again. Don’t waste getting attached when there’s others out with morals.

Shady company
Bought this as a one-time purchase and had full access to my program. Later that access was taken away unless I started paying a monthly subscription. I paid for ongoing access to a product and then lost it, which is not what I signed up for. Reached out to support to either restore my access or refund me. This was a shady move on their part.

Wish it included an interval timer but I sure am sweating
I def got a good sweat going. Love the videos with instructions as well as where to set your timer for sets. Just wish it came with an interval timer for the sets and rest rather than just the rest timer between the workouts

My experience with the customer support team has been absolutely phenomenal! I had an issue with my account and it was resolved within 24hrs. They understood my concerns and adjusted the issue to my liking and I am extremely happy with the solution. I am excited to start the plan now. 🎉

In gym trying to use an app I pay for and it keeps asking me to create a username flippin joke this happens every few months
False advertisement
Don’t not recommend. Purchased life time access and only used it twice. Now it’s saying we have to pay a subscription. Do not waste your time.
Shady Business Practices!!!
I would steer clear of purchasing anything from this company. Years ago, I purchased the Better booty program and the Mom body program. At that time, the company said that I would have lifetime access to both programs. They have now revoked access, because they claim they’re charging $9.99 for use of their app and the program is within the app so the only way I can now access the program is if I pay the monthly fee. Clearly, this is not lifetime access! I would not trust this company. At all!!! If you look on Reddit, there are a few threads with hundreds and hundreds of disgruntled customers who express their disdain with the revocation of their lifetime access as well. Awful business practice and customer service!
