I haven’t been to a gym in years I wanted to sign up since I’ve been loosing weight with my peloton at home but no strength training thats needed. I dont know what works for me anymore and instead of going in the gym and playing a guessing game I decided to give this a try ! Today is day 1 and I sure feel the burn ! I have decided to start with mom body 1 I am not post partum but never worked out after I gave birth 6 years ago so theres target muscles I wanted to hit. I went to the gym was there less than an hour and I feel like I did a whole lot!

Glitching and resting timer stops if you go to change your music on a different app
Love the workouts, hate the glitching! This app glitches so much. You would think it would be a much better app by already having paid $90 for a workout plan plus $10 every month for access. Also, one thing I noticed, if I am resting with the given timer and I go to change my music on another app, the timer stops :/

Purchased two programs with lifetime access all to find out they had no problem taking the money and the service paid for. Lifetime access was a lie! That’s fraudulent and terrible business. I do not recommend!

I paid for lifetime access when I barely had the money but wanted to improve myself. It was over $80! I went back to iPhone so I could get this app back because you weren’t on all systems yet. Just because you got a loophole and “updated terms of service” I lose access?! What a scam! No loyalty for loyal customers!

The app stop working
I had downloaded this app like 2 weeks ago and brought two mom body program and the fitness meal plan. In total I spend was 150 and now the app stop working. I cannot get into any of the programs or meal prep.

I chose this program because the result I saw on instagram seemed very realistic. I tried it for myself and lost nearly 20 pounds in 3 months and more than 5 inches off my body. I’m very pleased with my results and excited to continue with the program

“Lifetime access” to monthly payment
Purchased their mom body program in 2023 for $83 more or less cause their ad was saying one time pay for lifetime access now they changed their mind and made to monthly access with monthly payment. Wouldn’t have purchased it if this was the case. Scam! I think they made their ad like before cause there was just a small number of people interested in their app, maybe now more people showing interest and they changed it. People people! Very disheartening

Purchased the “mom body” program when I was postpartum in 2023 and was told it was a lifetime purchase and it was very expense at the time! Now I’ve gone to log on as I want to refix my diastatis recti and I’m being asked to pay $9.99 a month to reactive. Absolutely outrageous and they should be ashamed of themselves as new mums do not have that kind of money to spare!

Insane Glute Growth
I’ve tried many programs for woman and none have grown my glutes like this! Workouts are easy to follow and the video demonstration are helpful! I do wish there was a space to input how many reps you were able to complete on each set of a workout. I’ve been typing that into the notes which is time consuming. However, that’s a big part of how i track progress week to week as a woman who can’t always increase the weights each week.

Dishonest pricing
I bought program a few years ago for a set price. In recent time, they redid their pricing, to a monthly fee, instead of a lump sum. They are now trying to charge me a monthly fee on top of the one time, lump sum payment I made.
