Locked auto pay to fixed amount
I would rate 0 if I could
I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are deceptive and fraudulent in my opinion.

Everyone, avoid GoodLeap if you can or you’ll pay $$$$$ extra over the life of the loan.
Dangerous app
I have never had a yahoo email account. I closed the app immediately because i do not want to access to someone else’s account - i was just trying to pay my bill. Their customer service closes at 3pm for some reason - must be nice! But its not so good if you are a customer who needs help because they gave you someone else’s account.

Latest update notes lie. No help. Horrible customer service.
There were no updates to payments. You STILL CANNOT adjust autopay. It’s stuck at the base payment.
Previous review: You can’t increase autopay payment amounts. It’s stuck at a fixed rate. When you select help for payment issues in the app it tells you to look at the FAQ which is of absolutely no help at all.
Shady business?
Another issue is that they don’t always apply the payment on the scheduled payment date. Thus, a payment scheduled for a Friday may not be credited until the following Monday or even later if that Monday falls on a holiday. In this instance, they charge extra interest for the days between the payment date and the date that they credit the payment. It’s a very greedy practice. One that makes me wonder if it is even legal It seems like a very shady business practice.
