QR (barcode??) scanning doesn’t work. Camera can’t focus on the stick so close. Add a zoom function or make it compatible with newer iphones? Had to just guesstimate by eye…also whole concept is slightly unsafe…
Not working on newest IOS update
When I updated my phone to the latest IOS, I can no longer focus on the test.

literally doesn’t work. any time you enter the lot number it fails, unable to access any features. useless app, the 5 star reviews are probably left by the employees.

It’s a must to have app for any GoStix users. The technology is a cutting edge enabling users to measure Lenti, cytokines, etc within 10mins!
Worst experience, not worth buying the kit
I had everything ready, and it keeps telling me the lot number is incorrect both by scanning and typing. I Tried to call the technical support from two different numbers on the takara website, and both kept me waiting on the line for more than 10 mins and then put me to voice mail. The online so-called live chat is the same trick, after entering numerous personal information, it asks you to write down information and they will get back to you who knows when!
