Have now tried some fifteen times to get my id checked so that I can get my tax refund it says that my records aren’t recognised. Even after posting copies of my birth certificate and passport more than a week ago.

Monumentally dreadful. Doesn’t work, only focuses when it doesn’t like a white border. Close in to remove the border and it’s out of focus. Infuriatingly useless.

I don’t enjoy the process. Government doesn’t work for the people or they have forgotten this. They are over reaching with this app and digital intrusion

What a rigmarole!!! Just let me do what you’ve asked me to do, rather than download an app. Such a long winded process and now it won’t let me submit my review.

Useless app. Not compatible with my iPhone. Why is the government requiring me to replace perfectly good working kit that’s only a few years old? Another incompetent contractor perhaps?
