Difficult to navigate

The new app is difficult to navigate but more importantly, simple things like pre-registered transfers were deactivated making it difficult to make transfers. The daily transfer limit was tampered with and reduced to #20,000

New and improved mobile banking.

At first l struggled with the use, but once l got a handle of it, it was a smooth sail. Great job GT Bank. I love your innovation to improve security on how your patrons bank. Pastor Godwin Onaghinor (USA)
