Excellent app, outstanding customer service
I signed up for the 14 day free trial of the pro level. The app is terrific but a little more advanced then I needed. I canceled it before the 14 day due date. Unfortunately I had accidentally subscribed twice, so I was billed for the subscription I didn't realize I had. When I emailed customer service they got back to me the next day, explained the issue, and refunded the charge (even though it was my error). Down the road when my training gets a little further advanced, I will definitely keep Alpha Progression in mind to try again.

Recommended app to track weight progression and alternative exercises
I have been using this app on the pro trial version for a couple of days and will continue to use it while the trial last. So far I am considering paying for the yearly subscription since it is helping me and as a fellow freelancer and artist I believe that if you like something and is helping you achieve your goal, you should pay for it since nobody should work for free.
This been said, so far there are two things that are getting a bit annoyed but are not a deal break yet to dont pay the subscription. (Will see if that changes)
Maybe there is an option that I haven't seen and the developers can help me out.
1- there isn't a timer for the plank exercise or any exercise where there are not reps but a set duration involving the exercise. The app has de rest timer but not a timer to track an exercise.
2- the rest time notification not always work and when it does sometime is delayed and it only gives you the notification and not an actual continuos alarm that you need to turn off. So if you are resting and you have the phone on the bench or pocket you might miss it.
Also, I use an apple watch and the alarm doesnt get deliver there neither. Not sure if the app even connects with the watch during workouts because the only notifications that I do get deliver and show on the watch are the daily reminders to workout. And yes, i have the notification options enabled.
I am going to continue using and testing the app with the trial and most likely will send an email to the developers if I find another bug or feature that could be added.
I still give a 5 stars because I think is a great app that deserves it.
