Not working all of a sudden
DO NOT USE APP - Broken machines, useless “customer service,” no response in days
The only “fix” so far was a dryer that was mistakenly left running for free — which they resolved immediately, by the way, so clearly someone IS monitoring the machines. Yet actual broken equipment that people are paying to use sits untouched.
If you can shut off a free cycle within hours, you can respond to a stagnant-water complaint that’s been open for days. This app has no working escalation path, no visible ticket status, and no human accountability. Fix the ticket system, fix the machines, and actually respond to paying customers.
Would give it negative stars if I could
This app sucks
The worst
Won’t work with older devices
Nice try, I guess. Maybe consider making a web interface that can be accessed from a regular computer instead of assuming an app can work for everyone?
Horrible horrible app
Deeply Depressing Experience
Awful service
Predatory App That Makes You Pay More Than You Need!!!
Why can’t I just pay for the exact amount I need? It feels like they’re intentionally trapping your money in the app so they can keep it. I only needed $2, but now they’re holding onto the rest of my money for no reason.
Super frustrating and honestly feels like a scam. The company seriously needs to fix this and allow people to add smaller amounts or just pay for the exact price of the machine. Until they do, this app is a terrible experience.
Awful
Terrible Sign Up
Trassshh
The machines at my apartment complex are constantly messing up or out of order. People hang out in the laundry room and tamper with them, and it doesn't seem like management checks on them regularly. They smell and clearly aren't being maintained. My sister and I literally had to clean the machines and the laundry room ourselves. Now the price went from $2.50 to $2.75? I've even seen comments saying it used to be $2.00.It's bad enough that we already pay rent here, and then we have to pay extra to use machines that aren't properly maintained. Some of us can't afford to go to a laundromat, so we rely on the laundry room in our own apartment complex.
App problems
Frustrating System
For PayRange if you got close to the machine it appeared on the phone you swiped the pay button and pressed start on the machine. Easy and fast.
Now I have to plug in the correct ID number just to connect to the machine then press a whole bunch of buttons in the correct order on both the phone and machine for it to work. Takes extra time and is frustrating when it disconnects and you have to restart the process all over again.
Yes PayRange would sometimes disconnect too but all you have to do is press and swipe once it reconnects, a minor inconvenience. PayRange also had great customer service for refunds when machines malfunctioned. Idk about H Wash mobile yet.
Constantly Takes Money but Does Not Start
This company gas lights you, machines take money from the app but won’t start. This happens roughly 10% of the time. They literally said, “well, We ran all the machines and they work” which proves nothing when the issue happens ~10% of the time. You can’t spot check intermittent failure.
Then they try to blame WiFi. Connectivity issues can’t explain this. The app consistently connects well enough to take payment, but the machine fails to start. That indicates a system or machine fault, not user error.
Payment is accepted and service is not rendered. This app/provider sucks.
Constantly Takes Money but Does Not Start
This company though, makes you jump through hoops to get a refund. The taking payment, not starting yet reflecting on the app with “Washer 06, 25 minutes until finish” as if it’s actually going is insane. It takes business days to refund. Over it.
Not User Friendly
Really good
Terrible service
Reported multiple times and they don’t care. Terrible service.
