The worst
The worst Landry machine! Always cost tons of money to dry clothes! And add extra money always don’t give me extra time! So expensive! Sometimes my clothes turned out even more dirty than before washing!
Won’t work with older devices
Although the app says it is compatible with iOS 10, I cannot add payment details using iOS 13 on an old iPhone. I have the latest browser versions that will install under 13, but whichever one this app uses to authenticate payment info, it is too old to deal with third party security checks. So because I cannot afford a new phone, I will go back to using my debit card for laundry and pay the Poor Tax—I mean service fee—that I could avoid if the app worked.
Nice try, I guess. Maybe consider making a web interface that can be accessed from a regular computer instead of assuming an app can work for everyone?

Horrible horrible app
Downloaded app, it goes straight to searching for the washer via Bluetooth. After 20 mins of trying it never connects and there’re no other screens. Everything doesn’t need an app! Just make it tap to pay or coins
Deeply Depressing Experience
Why does everything have to be an app now? Instead of perfectly functional coin op laundry, I have to download an app, give it permissions, pay more than I would have with coin op laundry. Then, when a machine inevitably fails, I try to submit a ticket through the QR codes and submitting a machine ID to a chatbot, and it tells me I need to go fix this company’s machines and submit more tickets. This objectively makes society worse. Thanks for the ensh#%ification of my weekly chores, I can’t even wash my clothes without being shook down for electronic transactions.

Awful service
Overpriced laundromat and poor quality machines in my location
Predatory App That Makes You Pay More Than You Need!!!
This app is a complete rip-off. The laundry machine only costs $2, but the app forces you to add funds in huge increments. I ended up having to add $10 just to pay for a $2 load of laundry. Now the rest of my money is just sitting in the app and I can’t even use it.
Why can’t I just pay for the exact amount I need? It feels like they’re intentionally trapping your money in the app so they can keep it. I only needed $2, but now they’re holding onto the rest of my money for no reason.
Super frustrating and honestly feels like a scam. The company seriously needs to fix this and allow people to add smaller amounts or just pay for the exact price of the machine. Until they do, this app is a terrible experience.

Terrible Sign Up
I’ve liked using this app in the past but with needing to make an account it has been literally impossible. Needing two different codes to signup is crazy enough, but I won’t even get send the iMessage until 15 minutes later and at that point my sign up information is forgotten. I literally can’t wash my clothes.

First of all, you can't even add $5 to tr machines? That's ridiculous. You expect everyone to always have exactly $10? Come on.
The machines at my apartment complex are constantly messing up or out of order. People hang out in the laundry room and tamper with them, and it doesn't seem like management checks on them regularly. They smell and clearly aren't being maintained. My sister and I literally had to clean the machines and the laundry room ourselves. Now the price went from $2.50 to $2.75? I've even seen comments saying it used to be $2.00.It's bad enough that we already pay rent here, and then we have to pay extra to use machines that aren't properly maintained. Some of us can't afford to go to a laundromat, so we rely on the laundry room in our own apartment complex.

App problems
When I was checking how much I have left for laundry it automatically says it has expired. After seeing what it said it logged me out and now I have to sign back in. But that became a problem because when I signed back in it took $7 from me and this is the third time this app keeps giving me problems. I need my money back please.

Frustrating System
Laundromat switched from PayRange to H Wash Mobile. There’s so many extra buttons you have to press just to get the machine to work.
For PayRange if you got close to the machine it appeared on the phone you swiped the pay button and pressed start on the machine. Easy and fast.
Now I have to plug in the correct ID number just to connect to the machine then press a whole bunch of buttons in the correct order on both the phone and machine for it to work. Takes extra time and is frustrating when it disconnects and you have to restart the process all over again.
Yes PayRange would sometimes disconnect too but all you have to do is press and swipe once it reconnects, a minor inconvenience. PayRange also had great customer service for refunds when machines malfunctioned. Idk about H Wash mobile yet.

Constantly Takes Money but Does Not Start
Our building recently switched to this company after using Payrange, which never gave issues.
This company gas lights you, machines take money from the app but won’t start. This happens roughly 10% of the time. They literally said, “well, We ran all the machines and they work” which proves nothing when the issue happens ~10% of the time. You can’t spot check intermittent failure.
Then they try to blame WiFi. Connectivity issues can’t explain this. The app consistently connects well enough to take payment, but the machine fails to start. That indicates a system or machine fault, not user error.
Payment is accepted and service is not rendered. This app/provider sucks.

Our building recently switched to this company after using Payrange. Machines would not spin sometimes for the wash but refunds were easy.
This company though, makes you jump through hoops to get a refund. The taking payment, not starting yet reflecting on the app with “Washer 06, 25 minutes until finish” as if it’s actually going is insane. It takes business days to refund. Over it.

Not User Friendly
Needs a lot of button to press before the machine starts and it takes long time to start, not for old people because it needs a lot of buttons to press.
Really good
Super helpfully
Terrible service
They used to break down and not refund the money even after reporting. But now it’s been WEEKS with both washer broken and they don’t fix them.
Reported multiple times and they don’t care. Terrible service.

Will not send confirmation code
Have spent an hour waiting on like 30 confirmation codes to no avail. I’ve literally never experienced this with any confirmation code sent via sms or email, super weird and annoying
Dryers are very bad
Worst dryers ever used. Had to put my load through 4 cycles for it to completely dry. Even on high heat. Even with half a load it still leaves clothes damp.
Garbage
Just let me put in quarters. Another simple service ruined by apps. Incredibly worthless.
Doesn’t Work Anymore
App won’t find my location and doesn’t attempt to try unless I’m on wifi, which is nowhere near the laundry room. The support bot on their website says to turn on location services but it uses bluetooth and there’s literally no location services toggle/option for this app. Used to work ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
