Love Harborstone, love the app
Of all the financial institutions I work with, Harborstone is my favorite. They have always solved any of the few issues I’ve had, and I love their products. I was hesitant to use them as a primary checking account because I don’t have a local branch where I live (yet) but it hasn’t mattered. I can still do most of what I did before. Banking with Harborstone has been a good move!

This app sucks!!
It’s constantly saying the wrong amount of money I have in my account. I have to remember how much I have in my account at all times and then go and subtract everything I spend on my own because it almost never shows the correct amount of money in my account. You’re better off not having the app at all, it’s misleading and pointless. Out of nowhere it’ll say you have more money than you actually do and it’ll stay like that for DAYS and then after spending you realize that you actually didn’t have the money it said you did!!

I don’t know what y’all did or why but nothing loads when you need it. Can’t confirm balances or access to turn my card on or off when I want to. And it’s never a cell service or WiFi issue, it’s the stupid app! Fix it!!

I like the app but sick and tired of it asking for a rating every time I use it. FFS stop it already.

Everything is good until this week. I have to rate every single time I open the app. I’ve read and placed 5stars every time, now I’m done. Just a little bit of feedback. I have a few in friends that are Harborstone members, and we also say the same thing.

Email alerts have always been broken in this app. They do not get sent when the event occurs, instead, they pile up and get sent all at once when you open the app. I disabled email alerts and this still happens. Each time I open the app, I get 10-20 emails all at once. Also, your SMS alert preferences aren’t honored. I’ve written 4 separate bug reports to Harborstone and after a year, it still isn’t fixed.

straight up cant see my own bank info because you disabled logging in
how are you going to disable the only method to reset your own password and make the only option calling a number that isnt open past 5pm. why does face id disable if you update it. whoever did this die

Balance Widget Gone
iOS 18 did away with legacy widgets, leaving this app with no balance on the homescreen like every other banking app I use.
Come on, Harborstone! The new widgets were around for 4 years before they removed legacy ones. You had all the time in the world to prepare for this.
