Your app glitches like crazy. It won’t let me book my flight.
App is horrible
looses all the data so you can’t change/manage the same flight via this app. It will not let you check in via this app it will say see agent but you can checkin via AlaskaHawaiian app. Airport actually has hawaiian airlines agent section to deal with these problem but its very crowded estimated time to get things done in that agent section is 1 hour. Also removed the assigned seat

Hawaiin Airlines is a frustrating experience
1. Check-in closed via app, works via browser.
2. Card payment issue when paying for bags early, immediately says you can now only pay at counter (just let me fix the card details like every shopping experience online...)
3. Unable to add infant without calling
4. Unable to add infant's boarding pass to Apple wallet
5. Didn't see anywhere I'd have to pay for seats (only paid options available) anywhere or that this was a "saver" flight. I would have paid more upfront if that was clear...
There's more that went wrong but this was just top of mind. Horrible experience.

Horrible App and website.
This Hawaiian app or website was horrible by itself and now its worst with Alaska Airlines in the mix. It’s confusing and the App and website keeps on jumping all over the place. Now I cant add bags and change seat and sometimes it dont show ur Boarding Pass unless u save it in a wallet. They should just make it all Alaska so the system runs flawlessly.

Worst airline app
For an app that looks modern and nice, it is the most broken of any airline app I’ve used. 80% of the time it errors out and I have to just try over and over to do anything. Unfortunately their website is not much better. In the year 2026 this is not acceptable.
This app is unusable now
Slow, difficult to log in. Really not happy that the booking feature is now just a clunky shell for a bowser page. It is slow and difficult to use.
Dumb just dumb
This is the worst app. You sign in then try to book a flight, choose the flight then it says to sign in again and it won’t let you sign in. What’s the point of signing in in the first place???? Completely assinine!!
Hawaiian air app
Upon merging with Alaskan air and with Atmos their apps have been completely dysfunctional , cannot log in to any of them, going to try to delete them and reinstall…

This app was great and useful before the merger with with Alaska Air and Atmos points. Terrible to use now.
Removed my Seat Assignment
And not letting me select seats that I am allowed per my ticket
Does not allow me to check in
Inconsistent booking numbers across Alaska and Hawaiian. But even after I looked up the Hawaiian booking number in the Alaska app (!!) I was not able to check in. In the end I was required to wait 45 minutes in line because your app is not working.

Ever since the merger the app has not worked and I always have a hard time logging in… please fix this

they lost my $200 gift card
a literal nightmare to do anything. never buy a gift card for hawaiian airlines. it’ll be a terrible time trying to use it! had to convert my hawaiian arline’s gift card into an alaskan airlines gift card in order to use it on an alaskan airlines flight, even though i was booking through hawaiian airlines. so i converted it, then the website glitches and refreshes the page and i don’t have the new code. no worries, i put my email in so it should be emailed to me…right….nope! code is gone, the money is no longer in my hawaiian airlines gift card, no trace of it anywhere, so i call customer support spend TWO hours being transferred around, just for them to say there is nothing they can do to find it. so what was the point of putting my email in if it would be no help in finding out what the new code is? $200 down the drain. never using hawaiian airlines again this is the SECOND time something like this has happened.

Unusable anymore
Ever since they joined with Alaska I can’t even sign in, even though I try to use my Atmos credentials. So I have to go to my Alaska app to check my Hawaiian flights info.
What is it Alaska?
Hawaiian AlaskaAir or Atmos? Get it together Alaska. By the way: AI alone shouldn’t design and build your apps . NOT ready for prime time.

Merge atmos
The app used to work fine before the merge with Alaskan atmos, now I can’t even log in, it keeps saying it doesn’t recognize user or unfound user. I also returned from a trip over 2 weeks ago and I booked through Hawaiian Airlines but I’m still missing points. Tried to contact support with both Hawaiian and atmos agent and neither can fix this issue or tell me where my points are. The app is useless now, when trying to use app it opens up web page and have to log in multiple times

Terrible
Since the merge, I can’t even log onto the app. It says to sign in to Atmos, which I did. Then, use Atmos credentials to sign in to Hawaiian airlines app, but I get the error saying my account can’t be found.
