Improvement needed
Login is really complex in this app. Nowadays all app has pin but this app still stuck in credentials login. Every time if you don’t remember you need to reset password.
Need to login every time I open the app
It logs out as soon as I close the app and asks password. It is a hassle now to use the app.
Learn to retain logged-in sessions
The app asks me to enter username+password+OTP during each login. Then how is it different from a website. The entire point of having an app is that it remembers the login session. You can use FaceID+device binding for maintaining sessions. Or simply merge this feature into the main HDFC app which is much better than this.

So much authentication process just to check Happay Balance
One of the worst experiences to use this app. Its a real pain to use this app just for checking my Happay card balance. No Faceid, after login need to have OTP, all this just to check The balance !! Old password’s cant be used. Guys add faceid , its a big nuance for Happay customer who dont have much to do with this app only checking balance.
