Improvement needed
Login is really complex in this app. Nowadays all app has pin but this app still stuck in credentials login. Every time if you don’t remember you need to reset password.
Need to login every time I open the app
It logs out as soon as I close the app and asks password. It is a hassle now to use the app.
Learn to retain logged-in sessions
The app asks me to enter username+password+OTP during each login. Then how is it different from a website. The entire point of having an app is that it remembers the login session. You can use FaceID+device binding for maintaining sessions. Or simply merge this feature into the main HDFC app which is much better than this.

So much authentication process just to check Happay Balance
One of the worst experiences to use this app. Its a real pain to use this app just for checking my Happay card balance. No Faceid, after login need to have OTP, all this just to check The balance !! Old password’s cant be used. Guys add faceid , its a big nuance for Happay customer who dont have much to do with this app only checking balance.

Everytime asking for login credentials instead of Face id or fingerprint
Stupid app
First of all, it’s for prepaid cards. Don’t support Face ID or pin authentication like the HDFC app or any other banking app does. Asks for password and OTP every time I open the app. Now, it won’t even let me log in, asking me to verify my mail and mobile phone. Tries to verify email, says user already exists for the email! The old Happay app was better, at least it worked! Had to uninstall as it’s not useable anymore.

Very bad UX
It’s so hard to login to this app. You don’t let autofill work automatically. There’s so much space on the screen and you have used so little of it. Needs a redesign ground up!

Simply waste app
Need of this app is to see our expenses and current balance. You need to click on “Modify” to view transactions (who had this common sense only the app developer team knows). Transactions are showing the ending balance rather than amount paid to vendor. Such a simple app has poor design.
Regarding the navigation to update app
Hi , we are facing issue when logging the app it’s showing redirect to update app when I redirect to App Store it’s showing your app is updated please help me out regarding this every time showing me this dialog and I can use this app
No copy paste option
1. While loading amount you can not paste anything in comments section.
