Terrible
This app is so bad. I haven’t been able to make changes to my investments for weeks because of a bug. The app requires me to accept some new agreement, I click the button to accept, and it circles me right back to the same screen and never lets me access my investments. I reported this to support and it’s been crickets. This is a serious issue that they clearly don’t care about.

Terrible and frustrating
Every time I try to sign in there is something wrong or they can’t find me. I’ve used this whole system with the EZ Receipt app for over 20 years and have never had problems like I’ve had this past year. I can never check my balance, have the hardest time submitting receipts or checking to see if I need to or getting to the FSA store. This app needs a major overhaul that some update screwed up along the way. Used to be very easy and user friendly

Cannot complete the verification
Since requiring the passkey to login I can’t get into my account and send the needed paperwork. I have called three times and totally get the run around each time. They sent me paperwork to get my phone number changed and it was faxed back via UPS with verification they got it and I still can’t get this to work. I get to the final selfy and it says verification successful and then it goes to the login screen and says my account is locked. I am going to have to visit my lawyer because there is so much money involved in this.

Can't imagine a worse app
The website is bad, but this app is so much worse. It's impossible to understand the various states of your claims and payments, even after speaking with customer service. Sometimes there are
$0 claims for no apparent reason. The app is also super slow sometimes. For an app that is supposed to tell you about YOUR OWN MONEY, this is just horrible. Do better Health Equity.

Don’t use app to pay provider
If you have an account here, it’s best to physically pay the provider at their office and get a receipt, then match that to the payment online.
My part time job
1) Use the web version! There are various functions, options, and forms you have to acknowledge that aren’t available on the app. 2) The app tries to log you off every 30 seconds when you’re chatting with a rep 3) For FSA account/card, you have to submit register receipts, medical and pharmacy EOB statements, billing statements, and proof of date of service every time you use it. If you don’t have a part-time job, you do now. 4) If you get an HIA/HSA gift card/award through your employer’s wellness platform like Personify, just throw it away, trust me. 5) It kept changing the date I selected for a reimbursement request which of course caused problems getting it approved 6) If your card/account has $20 left and you try to submit a reimbursement for $20, you get an error that you’re trying “ to request more than the balance” like what?! 7) All the chat reps were lovely, the only positive in 8 months using this company and this app

Worthless app, they force you to fax documents
The app can view the account and perform some basic functions, but to conduct a transfer, I can’t use the app or even email. They make you fax a form or use us mail to transfer funds out (but not in) in a pretty naked anti competitive move. What a joke.
Can’t log in
Passkey just gives an error message when setting it up. No other option to log in. Password and dual authentication are apparently not enough to log in anymore. This is pretty terrible and appears to have been an issue for at least the past several months based on other reviews.
Horrible
The app doesn’t work for reimbursements. It’s beyond frustrating. It just gives an error message. I submitted a resolution request weeks ago and there has been nothing done to help me in any way. Their website is bad too.
Flaky and Half-baked
Awful app experience. Constantly tries to autofill unrelated information. Won’t save providers. Is difficult to scroll to the right information at times. Often locks up when trying to attach photos of receipts. I don’t know why I keep trying to use it after trying to enter the same expense for the third time.

Delayed Deposits
Not exactly sure why deposits take so long to hit your account.
It’s ridiculous that in 2026 that it takes days before your deposits hit your account balance. Both employer direct deposits and personally initiated transfer deposits. Just crazy.

Worst website and app and login process. Havent been able to access my account in months!
Forced and not functioning
I hate that this is forcing me to have this stupid app to even access my account because the web version won’t work anymore and for some reason the ability to set up a password key isn’t optional but required and won’t work on the app or online so I just can’t access my account to pay my bills with the money I set aside for that specifically. Then the app wants to lock me out because each time I put in my password and this passkey set up fails for no reason given I am forced to try logging in again. Seriously considering closing my work account and just getting a different account with a different company.
