Premium+ Paying customer
I buy Premium+ tickets because I want the room, space and quiet but for the last year +, HEX doesn’t seem to care. Rather than checking tickets or rerouting standard ticket holders, they just let anybody board the Premium+ cars. HEX is completely missing the point that customers that are spending the extra money do it for a reason and are most likely frequent travellers. Don’t waste your money buying a Premium+ ticket! Just buy a standard ticket and take one of the Premium+ ticket seats so that Premium+ paying passengers like me can stand and lean on our baggage in the aisle way!
