Such a lousy app
It’s just so poorly done. Frequently doesn’t work.., poor design. So terrible.
Terrible
Garbage app. Required endless password reset!
Cannot open the ticket
Just purchased a premier plus ticket but unable to open it and add to wallet from my tickets section. As soon as click on my ticket? The screen goes black and stays black then. Need to remove the bug.
Add Credit Card
Not at all clear where and how I can add a nee credit card. I’ll have to use the Elizabeth Line - sorry
Easy to Book
Took me less than 1 minute to book my train ticket by using the app. I love the app.

Premium+ Paying customer
I buy Premium+ tickets because I want the room, space and quiet but for the last year +, HEX doesn’t seem to care. Rather than checking tickets or rerouting standard ticket holders, they just let anybody board the Premium+ cars. HEX is completely missing the point that customers that are spending the extra money do it for a reason and are most likely frequent travellers. Don’t waste your money buying a Premium+ ticket! Just buy a standard ticket and take one of the Premium+ ticket seats so that Premium+ paying passengers like me can stand and lean on our baggage in the aisle way!

Assumptions
I live in London so why does it assume my purchase is LHR to PAD??
Add More Additional Currencies
Please include more currencies like the Australian Dollar as the UK is a very popular destination for Australians
Train
Good speed
Feedback
Why do we pay for premier seating when that section gets very filled with non paying premier passengers and no conductor checks for tickets ????
A breeze
Extremely user friendly app
