It won’t let me sign in. Says my information is wrong. I kept resetting me password but wouldn’t work.

I can’t even log into the app anymore, but the website works fine. Why don’t you just pull this heaping pile of mess out of the App Store already?
This app is the WORST!
I’ve been forced to use this app for the last 18 months since moving to a new apartment complex if I wish to retrieve any package deliveries.
For the last several days, I can no longer even sign into the app. SonIso I follow the reset password feature and create the umpteenth new password this week via the website (and can successfully login there) but when I return to the app itself, i cannot sign in. The app features to just use my phone number and just use my email address don’t recognize either of those. Yet I can successfully send myself the reset email to that same email address. Please fix this problem.
Then work on the fact that your system is constantly telling me i moved the wrong package when I retrieve my packages. Perhaps because I have to dig through so many packages to find the one with my name on it. This is easily the messiest package retrieval system I’ve ever encountered.
