Never again!
The app needs internet to work for pickup and drop off but the car was 2 levels down in a carpark without any reception. How is that going to work? Support did not understand the issue and could not help at all. I have rent cars many times but this was by faaaar the worst experience. Took us 2 hours to get the car out of the car park. Not happy.

Very convenient
This van rental situation is perfect for me. I have rented more than once and it’s great just be careful you put in the right times of day. I accidentally put 1 am till three as opposed to 1 pm till three.and had to pay a rental I didn’t use unfortunately

One thing what should be improve is gate code. Id didnt work for me. I had van book for 06;30 am. Noone to help me until 07:00 am chat open. Maybe auto reseting code?

Von Hertz erwartet man eigentlich eine professionelle anwenderfreundliche app. Wir saßen 2 mal im auto und musste 10 minuten warten, weil das auto die wegfahrsperre immer neu aktiviert. Leider findet man die deaktivierungstaste nirgends in der app (total versteckt). Und man kriegt auch keine fehlermeldung im auto, warum der wagen nicht anspingt.

App is glitchy
The idea behind the app is great but it exits forms randomly. Also, payment can be duplicated because of the lagging payment page and it didn’t match the amount shown on screen before clicking pay - i was charged more for an extension of my rental.
Locking an during rental
Great service. London was missing a replacement for zip vans. Only critique is it’s not clear how to lock the van during hire. The key stays in the car and the app is not clear on how to lock the van during hire

Could be simpler once you realised everything is done on your phone, even unlocking the van. When you stop and restart, it als is confirmed by the app ! Will definitely use again ! Saves all the hassle of going to a rental company! Highly recommend!!!!
