Never again!
The app needs internet to work for pickup and drop off but the car was 2 levels down in a carpark without any reception. How is that going to work? Support did not understand the issue and could not help at all. I have rent cars many times but this was by faaaar the worst experience. Took us 2 hours to get the car out of the car park. Not happy.

Very convenient
This van rental situation is perfect for me. I have rented more than once and it’s great just be careful you put in the right times of day. I accidentally put 1 am till three as opposed to 1 pm till three.and had to pay a rental I didn’t use unfortunately
