Terrible ! !!!!!!!!!
This is the worse app I’ve used. Keep getting error messages. Can’t log in. Had to change my password several times and when I did it told me it was incorrect
Better than nonexistent
This was first time I used the mobile app to book a reservation. Not as user friendly as AirBnB or Booking app but I was glad that it worked. Areas to improve: navigation and caching of user’s previous choices.
Fonts and notes field
I like the new features for the upcoming stays. Please keep in mind that small fonts are not friendly especially when they are not in good contrast. The bottom buttons are hard to see but I have them basically memorized to navigate. I want to be able to add notes to front desk about my late arrival but there’s no such field. I have to waste time to call them.

Clunky
The app is very clunky. The main Otis that the booking button on the final page is so far down that it does not work well in the iPhone
Reservation
It was very easy to make the reservation to The Quin in New York.
The app is glitchy
The app is slow to respond and can be glitchy at times. I booked a trip and comparing to the website, the points were different in the app vs. online. These are things that have been happening for 4 years since we became owners.
Availability
Available resorts are very limited, even months in advance. Definitely not worth the price paid for the membership.
Lack of Customer Service
I think it is horrible that I can not get a hold of anyone at the office, even after I am told to call if there is an error.

Finally able to successfully navigate booking on the go great experience !!
Better than website (slightly)
Faster and easier to use than their abysmal website. However could do with more ability to search flexibly rather than have to keep restarting search with different parameters
Clunky
App is clunky and cumbersome. Kept stalling out while trying to book a room. Also seems to completely reset when I go back, and wish there was a way to filter out Great Wolf Lodges as not interested in staying at those resorts.
Email to get code for computer access poor
I tried to make a reservation on my computer but there was a huge delay in getting the confirmation code and then it didn’t accept the code probably because of the stupid 5 minute rule. Three times and unsuccessful. Had more success with phone app which is unusual.

The worst app
I don’t know how this app has the ratings that it does but it is absolutely useless. You have hundreds of thousands of people that use this app and paying gobs of money and you cannot even get it to work if your life depended on it.
Could use some re-thinking
You can complete a reservation here but the user experience needs a lot of work. Not as seamless as the website.
Good App
The app is useful for gathering information. Some think it’s not reliable, but I haven’t had much problem with it!
App lacks features and functionality
The app sucks, please fix its functionality.
Normally works well but doesn’t since last update.
It would be great if you guys can fix this.
Horrible Connectivity
Takes multiple clicks to finally register. Extremely frustrating.
