HOA tool kit has been a blessing! It was taking a significant amount of time to conduct compliance tours and most of the time we did not have a signal.... by having this off-line format it has expedited tours and allowed us to be more efficient not only with touring but knowing that photos will attach quickly and easily and we can attach multiple photos to one complaint. Time Saver

This is the best time saver app to have on your phone in the HOA inspection world. It is user friendly and makes the violation process quicker. Just download your communities on WiFi and off you go.
