HOA tool kit has been a blessing! It was taking a significant amount of time to conduct compliance tours and most of the time we did not have a signal.... by having this off-line format it has expedited tours and allowed us to be more efficient not only with touring but knowing that photos will attach quickly and easily and we can attach multiple photos to one complaint. Thank you!!!

Time Saver
This is the best time saver app to have on your phone in the HOA inspection world. It is user friendly and makes the violation process quicker. Just download your communities on WiFi and off you go. I no longer have to log in constantly thru the other app on the IPad. Thank you for this application!

Absolutely amazing!
I have communities where the normal connection made it so I would spend almost a whole day trying to do violations... This app is a complete life saver! My jaw actually dropped by how easy this app is to use! It cuts my time in half, if not MORE. Five stars, for sure.

Great App
I was surprised at how user friendly the App is and all it can do. I like having all the information at my fingertips when in the field. I like being able to utilize on my phone or the iPad and do not have to be concerned about cell service. Although my current community is not violation heavy - I wish I had this App for prior communities and will enjoy it as my community grows. All & All Great App.

Love it!
After doing compliance for the past three years, I finally feel like I have the right tool to perform the task quickly and efficiently. I love how the map can be manipulated to view the properties as I am driving (right/left). Pictures upload quickly and being able to close a violation in the field saves me so much time.

Great, thanks for your feedback. Don't forget you can also use satellite mode on the maps to make houses easier to find.
Less steps, great map feature = Improved and more efficient process
The map feature makes it so much easier to find properties. The ability to access ARC requests saves time from looking them up back at the office. Less steps in the process saves time. These features and more have created a much improved and efficient process.
Total game changer!
This app saves me so much time! The ability to work offline makes a huge difference working in a community with not the best cell service. The app is so easy to figure out and use. I think it’s a great tool and I’m very happy to have it!

This app seriously is a game changer! The last time I went out to do inspections and had over 50 tickets, it took me 4 hours!! Not with this app. I did that in HALF THE TIME!
