Wouldn’t work in multiple places.
I bought an esim for Europe. I was traveling to Austria and Hungary. Which is under Europe. When I arrived at my connecting location, Copenhagen, I thought okay perfect I’ll set up my eSIM. My layover was about 3 hours. I tried to connect my eSIM the moment I landed. It wouldn’t connect. I was emailing the AI chatbot trying to figure out what was happening. It gave me the run around. Turn my phone off. Clear cache. Restart settings. All the things. Eventually 20 mins before my flight it connects. Stressful. I get to Vienna and thank God it connects. All is well until I take my train to Budapest. When I cross over into Hungary the connection is lost. I chalk it up to being in the countryside. So I leave it. I arrive dead center of Budapest. There is still no connection. I had to figure out how to get to my Airbnb with no connection. Once I have WiFi I start messaging with the chatbot again and it gives me the same advice. Nothing is working. I’m waiting and waiting for it to connect and nothing. I get so frustrated I just buy a different eSIM with Aíralo. Which worked perfectly. I used to standby Holafly. But after that whole debacle I will never recommend Holafly to anyone. Imagine paying for connection in a FOREIGN country and it not coming through on you. The anxiety.

I got unlimited internet to enjoy it at my leisure for 12 days, but around the sixth day, the internet started to get very weak, to the point that it was canceling my Uber trips and putting me in difficult situations. When I contacted the app's technical support, they told me I needed to reduce my internet usage so they wouldn't slow it down for me.that’s not fair
