Took my money but no eSIM
Followed all the instructions and paid for a ten day eSIM, then was shown a message stating that I have no eSIMs. What have I paid for?? Refund me please
Shady business practices
The signal did not work for me in Mexico. I cancelled the service immediately. The company continued to charge me for several months with a cancelled account. I had to get my bank involved to get my refund back due to the company doing such shady business practices. I never leave reviews on things, I don’t want other people to go through what I went through.

Holafly is amazing
After doing some research, I decided to use Holafly for my family’s trip through Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Iceland—and boy, am I glad I did.
We had a fast, reliable connection everywhere we went, even in some of the most remote parts of Iceland. During the solar eclipse, we were surrounded by huge crowds and eventually stuck in standstill traffic, yet somehow we still had a solid internet connection.
This was especially appreciated while traveling with two impatient daughters who could stay connected during all those hours on the road!
Having unlimited data at such an affordable price honestly made the trip so much easier. I never had to think about how much data we were using, hunt for Wi-Fi, or worry about anyone running out.
After using Holafly throughout four countries with virtually no issues, there’s no doubt I’ll use it again on future international trips. Highly recommended!

Holafly did not work
I have used Holafly twice in the past for trips to UK, France, Italy, Spain and Greece. Did not have an issued before, Connection was good, but on my last trip of 18 days (Aug2026) to Greece it would just not work, started working in Athens but as soon as I moved to Santorini starting losing connectivity, got worst to the point of not having connection at all, spent like an hour at a café on free wifi with customer support, they made me go over a bunch of setting changes, started working but the next day was dead again, i got so frustrated trying to fix it that I ended up contacting my Cell provider in Canada and realized they had travel packages too just like Holafly, set one up on my wife’s cell phone and worked fine. Definitely lost my time and money with Holafly on this one so will not be using again. If you are a Rogers customer in Canada check the Rogers travel plans, they are as competitive as Holafly now and no need to deal with their aggravating customer service. Travelled in August 2026 to Athens, Santorini, Naxos and Paros. I will not purchase Holafly again.
