Withdrawal process on hold ,money stuck . No one to help - extremely disappointing !!!
I have been using this app for about a month, but my experience with withdrawals has been extremely disappointing.
When I tried to withdraw my funds, the withdrawal was put on hold with a message asking me to contact customer care. I raised the issue through both chat and email. It has been 5 days with no response to my email.
Through chat, I was asked to re-verify my identity, with an assurance that the amount would be released afterward. I completed the verification, but even after that, my funds have still not been released.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that there is no customer care helpline to speak to someone directly. If you have a serious issue, you are simply expected to raise a ticket through chat or email and wait for days.
Holding customers’ money without providing timely support or a clear resolution is extremely concerning. After this experience, I feel cheated, disappointed, and completely let down. I hope the company improves its customer support and resolves withdrawal-related issues much more responsibly.

Got worst after a month
Seriously it’s so frustrating when all of a sudden u can’t find any hosts pooling. When I installed the app I got so many hosts pooling from my home to the work location and even from the work location to my home. Past 2 days am not able to find any hosts either non of the profile is getting displayed. The chats with the host get disappeared before noticing. When I called the host they don’t pick the call even after full ring. They day they didn’t get any call from me. If I try to reach hopr support non of them are replying. If I reach try to reach through mail they have stopped the mail services and asked to connect from the app. Seriously disappointed with this app. Horrible service.

Life made easy
Though we have quick ride at the other end, Hopr is well built. Easy to understand. Pickup and drop map location and images are very clear. But most of the times, it misses showing the riders in my own apartment. To create rides 3-4hrs early is not always Possible. Please make the app better in such area. Apartment from that great prices and easy to redeem. Please for godsake improve your ride matching logic. Also if I send my ride link to someone that doesn’t open the ride in app rather link navigates to Hopr in App Store. Very bad experience. God knows how many matches I am missing.

Too many bugs, promise to edit my review if fixed.
I have been using this for three weeks. Now. I have completed 67 trips and there was an update on 1 September over the weekend following which my apps are not able to get any bookings. I have completed 67 trips. I have successfully gained a lot of friends and people have joined my rides, but post the recent updates on 3 September. Nothing is working. I am not getting able to see people. People are not able to book my ride and nothing even if I manually change the time it does not work. I’m not sure what to do and right now the app is.
I will have confirm that I like the use face a lot more than quick ride, and it is easier but Only if I am able to find people, can I book them at the moment with the recent update the entire app is bugged, and I am not getting any matches

Hi, thank you for flagging this. Ride visibility often depends on location and timing overlap with other users. Try adjusting your pickup point or timing slightly, as this may improve your chances of seeing your regular riders. Fraud Alert !!
Hopr is running some scam it seems. I have earned ride money in Hopr wallet and when I have requested for payout to my bank account. They have rejected the payout and the whole earned money vanished. Despite sending multiple chat support messages and even email to Hopr I cam to realised that they are running this as a scam and the same issue is being faced by multiple people. They will not give you your earned money and also they don’t have any support service where you can raise your concern.
Earlier I thought this is very good app and migrated from Quick ride to Hopr but that was my biggest mistake …
Please stay away from this fraud company.
