Can’t open
After the update 3 days ago , it’s worse than before - can view anything and no dashboard?? Fix again !!!! I use this a lot !!!!

Recent update made the app worse
The most recent update took out an essential feature: the notification section to see which claims were recently processed. Now it’s impossible to know which claims were just processed, as sometimes claims take months to go through. Leave it to Horizon to take out a basic feature that gave users an easy way to view their recently processed claims.

Ability to Save EOB Removed
I guess Horizon decided it was a little too convenient that you could save your Explanation of Benefits right from the app. So they removed the feature. How lovely.
Hard to find out of network provider in my claim
Would love to flag out of network HCPs so I’m not overpaying

Ken and everyone who assisted me when I had to set up a new plan when my husband went on Social Security has been fantastic. Getting the payment moved to the new account when the incorrect payment was taken by automatic withdrawal fir my cancelled plan and to remove my email so I could use it with my new policy was so easy once I explained my needs. I really appreciate the call backs during each step of the process as I am very ill with a chest cold at the worse time possible. Thank you very much.

Terrible app, huge time waster
Attempting to search for a provider on this app is an exercise in extreme frustration. Backtracking from the detail section on any provider often results in being booted completely from a search, requiring a brand new search to be run, taking one then to the beginning of a provider list anew... again, and again. In 20 minutes I've gotten almost nowhere. Unbelievable that the people at Horizon allowed this app to be published as is.

Every.single.time. I have to use the app, it sends me on a wild goose chase to “verify this and that” only to tell me to call customer service. And don’t even bother selecting “remember me” to save your account info. It NEVER remembers.

App Update Requirement NOT allowing for use
unfortunately, I can no longer use this app because it’s requiring operating system. I do not have on my phone so I won’t be able to pay my bills or check my medical bills on your app anymore. You should consider people who maybe don’t have the newest phones to be able to use your product.

Constant password changes
The app consistently makes me change the password, then says my account is locked. Not sure if it’s a server or app issue.
HORIZON my way no longer exists in this app
What happened!? I’m trying to get reimbursed from my FSA account but as of October 26, 2026 the app looks completely different and my way flexible spending does not exist!
