Using the app is fast and convenient and accurate. However, communicating looking for an answer to a question is pretty much worthless. I rephrased a question three times, and still did not get an answer.

The customer service is excellent. Some of the banking procedures are over my head. No matter how unintentionally i make things difficult any employee that has had the bad luck of waiting on me any particular day ALWAYS has helped me. And with a smile. It’s hard to describe the level of appreciation I have for each and all. Thank you nice people.

Honda bank so I’m gonna keep forever until I die. Some people are very helpful to me. Some tell me is impossible can’t happen but they were wrong because others told me differently. And also help me very much for that. I’m grateful the ones that told me wrong. I’m ungrateful to them. I could’ve done that weeks ago but they wouldn’t let me they said can’t be done.

Blocks sending money
Huntington bank consistently blocks me taking money out of my account. It won’t let me send it to other banks or pay bills this has been an issue from day one
Great app!
Only problem is that the numbers need to be absolutely perfect for the app to read and accept the deposit. Sometimes it takes several attempts. Otherwise, it’s fantastic!
