Thing to improve

It would be nice to do multiple patients to a chiropractor the same day. It is a pain when the family goes and then you have to enter and submit for each person.

Very bad benefit company

Terrible benefit provider that does all in their power to make claim submission as hard as possible so that people just don’t it. Don’t use.

Great App, my clients love it. All accounts with iA are visible under one profile. Good reporting of investment performance.

Feature on the Mobile APP

I'm having trouble finding the current unit share price, and to make matters worse, the mobile app doesn't seem to update even after the stock market has closed. It's making me wonder what the point of checking the app is if it's not going to provide me with the latest information.

Hard to navigate or get to information

Always face an issue and struggle to actually get benefit of my benefits without having to carry a balance on my credit card until I navigate over a month of back and forth to get reimbursed for something I have coverage for but the system SUCKS!

Interface good; Functionality meh

I really like the clean interface, however the app has very basic functions and you cannot do as much as on desktop like checking/changing different investment options for your RRSP
