Poor customer service
I appreciate that they do make numerous mistakes, we all do, however, getting them rectified is impossible and they never respond to messages. As for ‘a greener stay’ it is extremely difficult and sometimes impossible to get the points added. Then there is the false offer of 20% extra points after ten nights, it does not happen, we stayed for 14 nights in total and were told that it does not apply after 10 but only when they say so.

We love all hotels IHG! We have stayed at several in many different cities! You can always count on them being clean with friendly service!
Bait and switching pricing from app
My stays with IHG are typically pleasant but I recently noticed and bait and switching pricing. From an initial search at price of $184 was quoted, then as I went to select it became $212, not including the taxes (that’s fine).
There’s not need to play these deceptive games, just quote the price accurately.
