Horrible App and Support Service
This app is full of bugs, and the same issues persist on the website. But even worst the bad support service, seriously bad.
Sometimes, I am able to log in on the website but not through the app. I have opened multiple support tickets over the last two months, but my issue remains unresolved. The support team either doesn’t seem to understand English or doesn’t read the issue properly, as they keep sending me the same copy/paste standard responses. On other occasions, they direct me to contact MOHRE, only for MOHRE to send me back to ILOE. As a customer, I’ve been caught in the middle for two months and still haven’t received any resolution.

Worst App
If you fill in the necessary data in 10 seconds, the app says the session has expired. I've tried at least seven times. Please don't waste others' time by developing such a poor app. Make sure to test it properly before releasing it.

The worst application ever
I spent ~1 hour trying to subscribe, then 1 hour more trying to sign in. Unsuccessful. Signed in with otp at the end. Shame on creators.

Constant lock up. Will not let one proceed to register. Get ready for 400 AED registration fine.
