Really ridiculous business practices

They close my account because i didn't use it for 3 weeks. And upon trying to open it back up or make a new one, they denied me for no reason . Theyre horrible

There are thieves

Do not bank with them. They closed my account. They took my money and they won’t issue me a check with the balance that I have prior to closing my account. This is one of my worst experience with any bank. Please people do not bank with them. They won’t protect you.

App Kills Successful Banking Experience

The app will not let you sign in after a certain point whether you have the correct username or the incorrect username whether you have the correct password of the incorrect password it still will not let you sign it in even if you change the password and they tell you that the password has been successfully changed they will not allow you to sign in with the change password that they just verified on their website Customer support has been dismal and very very poor the people who run the bank do not allow the people who deal with the customers to have enough authority to do the things that the customers need done in addition to that they have no technical support and their whole times are abominable I’ve waited more than four hours and still haven’t gotten my issue resolved in over three weeks

Communication is KEY - contact support!

Like many others, I learned of the bank through Steady and the opportunity to earn a $25 bonus. While it does state that it can take up to 90 days to receive the deposit, I decided to reach out a week or so after 30 days (after receiving the email that I met the requirement) to make sure they recognize that I am eligible and met the deposit requirement. Exactly 7 days after I contacted support through the Message Support in the app, my bonus was rewarded to me and deposited in my account!

I can’t speak as to why they’ve established a 90-Day maximum wait for the reward, but my recommendation is to reach out to support and have them address it and maybe you will get your reward MUCH sooner like I did. Yay! 🎉

Never receive the $25

On Steady y’all have listed a income booster for signing up and making a qualifying purchase and you’ll receive $25. It’s been nearly 3 months and I still haven’t received it. Misleading and so far seems like false information and broken promises. 😒

Yes I made a transfer from my indi account to another external account but unfortunately the external account had been blocked before the money will be deposited into it so I want to make a return of the transaction back to my indi account

Change your terms. Your support is no help and it seems that your bank just want to hold my funds. If you disagree then my issue would’ve been resolved. Instead, I was given wrong information after another every single time I called. Your agents supposedly took down the notations. You can hold on to these funds now but i guarantee you won’t recieve what’s coming next!

They advertise that they will give you money for starting account and they never do!!! It’s a scam

I just got the card and got some money deposited and my debit card keeps declining when I have money in my account and I want know why it’s very embarrassing and frustrating. I need my money and I’m not getting no answer why I can’t get my money or use my card
