I was skeptical about using this app. Seeing the great reviews made want to try it out . I also was desperately looking for a way to cash this check I had because I need another DL and I couldn’t take the check nowhere to cash it without ID. I’m so glad I decided to take a chance and cash my check through this app and I had my money in minutes . Process was easy , simple and quick . Definitely will recommend this app will use this app in the future if I ever need to again. Thank you ☺️

Terrible app
If there was a zero star option I would choose that. Would not even try to explain their approval/denial process. Do not download this app.
Unfair pricing
Fees are too high
It’s criminal to only have a 10 day option
So you can get the check deposited now for 5% or wait 10 days when everyone/everywhere else does 3-5 maximum
Highly Recommended
I would recommend Ingo to anyone that needs to cash a valid check in minutes. I typically use direct deposit, but anytime an employer has gotten it wrong & issued me a check instead, I’ve always been able to cash it quickly! I’d highly recommend.

I decided to use the chat to ask for help when it wasn’t letting me log in.They were quick they didn’t take too long they gave me what I needed and it was amazing. Need more like them.
Could not use
I know they have terms and risks they must consider but given the technology available to clear a check as well as apply and even apply holds they need if they want to wait until they get the finds before posting or depositing to you. However they have never cashed any check for me on reimbursement checks i receive because the address os from a resident at the same address as me. I have a paypal account for my small business and the the cash a check feature goes through ingo since they changed providers a few years ago. Now i cant use that feature because the automatically decline to cash checks from thz sale location. I understand the right to refuse but paypal has a sole provider if this and many people use this as their primary payment platform. I know they can check to przithoroze and make sure tha funds are there (no ossue with thos) and i dont mind waitibg the 10 days to clear jut they just wont even let me usebut. So i keep asking PayPal to offer some option or go back to orevious suppler. They get a fee so its not like its free. I just dislike that this is the sole service provider because its a burden to have such a poor level of value or usage for a feature thats highly necessary where it easy (otherwise) to eliminate any potential risk worries they may have , quite black and white in these cases and even if they still have a problem with an immediate deposit they could still default to the 10 day hold. I mean how ridiculous id that. If it cant clear in 10 days there is lo risk they just return it and show the Insufficient funds if that is truly the case, but they wont so that nor explain that .

Transaction Fee % is CRAZY
The amount charged to deposit a check into your account is higher than any other app or in person service that I’ve ever used in my life. I’d HIGHLY recommend depositing through an ATM, bank, MoneyGram any other way then taking this option.

I can’t even cash my check because I’m 17 and it’s rediculous because I’m old enough to work and get money but not old enough to cash it I’m very annoyed and disappointed in this app.

Ingo is a very good app, because of a bank holiday my company issued a paper deposit, a very irritating and inconvenient situation but through Ingo I deposited the check so fast and got my money asap so I’m very grateful for this app most definitely helpful better than any other app my original bank was saying 7+ days while Ingo said minutes

Terrible on so many levels and they do not sovle the problem you have at all they just keep on delaying you acting like they will sovle your problem when they wont at all i will never recommend someone about this bank at all 💯💯💯

Was working great until i needed a emergency payment sent some where and connected my wife’s account didn’t give me a warning just closed my account

Don't ever use this app.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. They asked me to verify my identity by sending me an email. Ok, fine. But when I checked my email, it wasn't there. I even checked my spam folder. Save yourself some time and don't download this app.
