Every time I face an issue and I reach customer service and they don’t offer any solutions , and the delivery men are so freaking rude and literally yell at u when u don’t open the door or mark it as delivered when nothing reach me !! At all ! And when I call them they block me !!! Or the shop send wrong stuff without asking me permission and when I complain nothing happens !! WORST APP EVER !!

To have up to five orders cancelled in one day is totally unacceptable !

Don’t Expect a Full Refund
Be aware that the maximum refund they offer is EGP 200. If something goes wrong and you’re owed more than that, don’t expect to be fully compensated. Also, refunds are issued as Instapoints, not as a cash refund, so you’re forced to spend the money in the app again.
I’ve spent the past week trying to get a refund for extra items that were delivered with my order and charged to me, even though I never ordered them. Despite providing all the evidence they could possibly need, they only offered a partial refund that was less than what I was owed, claiming it was “company policy.”
Their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. You can’t speak to someone directly. You have to file a complaint and then wait. Hours later, they may send a notification or call you once at a completely random time. If you miss that one call, you’re expected to file a new complaint and start over. Even worse, complaints are often marked as “resolved” without any explanation or actual resolution. They also never responded to my emails.

What separates a good service from a bad one is how it handles those problems. In my experience, Instashop completely fails when it comes to responsive, effective customer support. Fraudulent operations
sometimes after ordering, the shop asks you to exchange certain items since they don’t have it, yet if you cancel the order, you don’t receive your money back. they take your money anyway. so beware of that low life theft done by this app. thank you.
Save the App in Egypt
I use the app in Egypt and orders are late most of the time. When I do ask for a representative to call me due to an issue. Either nobody calls, or I get called 5 hours later i receive a message the problem has been resolved when nobody called in the first place to understand the issue! It was perfect when I used it in the UAE honestly. In Egypt, it’s like nobody cares!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer support from Instashop. Agents are non responsive, not honoring the requests to call back. There is no way to chat with a live agent. My order has been “out for delivery” for the past five hours and I can’t cancel it or get through to customer service. Do not use this app.

If I could give zero stars, I would. InstaShop used to be reliable, but their customer service and logistics have completely collapsed.
I ordered a Stanley cup that was scheduled to be delivered last night. Instead of my delivery, I got a call with a weak excuse: they couldn't assign a driver because the shop was closed. They promised me it would be prioritized and delivered the next day by 10:00 AM sharp, throwing a pathetic 10 AED voucher at me as a "sorry."
10:00 AM comes and goes today. No delivery. I check the app, and to my absolute disbelief, the status says "Delivered." It’s outright fraud to mark an order as delivered when the customer is standing there empty-handed.
I called customer service furious, only to get the exact same script: "We are so sorry, a driver wasn't assigned, let us give you another voucher."
I don’t want your useless vouchers. I want you to do your job and deliver what I paid for when you promised you would. Stop trying to buy off your operational incompetence with cheap coupons and actually fix your delivery network. Absolutely pathetic experience. Never using them again.

Horrible inventory management
Not once but twice, i order things they accept the order deduct the money. Then after 1 hour they cancel my order because they dont have stocks and then my money is stuck with them for 5 business days!! Cant you do 1 simple job of
updating what is left and what is not in your stock?

Horrible and they should close this app
I was one of the first people who signed up !! But now it’s a shame they are still in market specially with grocery orders !! ( not delivered - late- missing - not your order etc ) and the customer service it the worst now !!! Very disappointing
