The first day I used the app during the trial period, the feedback and prompts given were filled with misspelled words & grammatical errors. The format is not user friendly. I cancelled the subscription with several days of the “free” trial left.

Virtually feature free

Not worth $70 over 3 months. It basically does nothing. Notifies you when your fast is done but then it’s not obvious what you need to do so that it tracks your eating time. Allows you to manually enter water and weight. Gets steps from Apple Health. That’s about it.
