Cautiously Optimistic
The app seems great thus far. I like the widgets even the one in CarPlay. The timer and the indicators of the various stages that the body is in while fasting is informative. I have not had the opportunity to check out the various articles, but I will as time permits. I just received some bad news regarding blood work that I completed on 21 August 2026. I will check back in 90 days and update my progress. Thank you for this app.

Don’t Subscribe
I canceled my subscription but they keep billing me. Apps that do that are just scams. Don’t subscribe.

Compatibility with Garmin Watches would be a game changer.
Not happy with the app
The adds started immediately after downloading. I can’t get past them to see how the app works.
