Not sure what they are doing here but however the app was updated will no longer recognize my premium subscription that auto renews. Really disappointing. The app used to be great. And now I can’t use it.
Even worse. The submit button for feedback doesn’t work. Stuck in an endless loop with no support and an app that I paid for until next June.

Great app - no customer support
I have been using this app for years. Love the routines. I have contacted customer support twice and not even received a ‘we’ll get back to you soon’ response. Just nothing. The app is not recognising my purchase and I can’t access some of my workouts anymore. I will look for another app.
Does not work
I never write reviews but all my routines are saved into this and as an instructor of years I’m angry. All my hard work and creativity was saved here and I have no access to it anymore. I am still subscribed to premium and I have no access to it. Such a disappointment. I’ve tried to reach out, don’t even try they will not even respond or even give you a real email to reach them at. Spend your money else where

Subscription stopped Working
I hate to write a bad review, but my subscription stopped connecting and I can not restore it. I don’t see any area on the website to contact support. I would be glad to change the review if someone from support would restore the subscription.
Premium version
I subscribed to the premium version via the Apple Store, but the premium version was never available on my app.
Very disappointed!
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for, yet after I bought the premium version I still cannot access the routines I build. I tried purchasing again and it’s telling me I’ve already got the premium edition. I emailed the vendor and have got nothing back. Very frustrating.

Seeking assistance
Love this app but I got a new phone and since then, it didn’t register my old account. I can’t purchase premium again for the year because it says it isn’t the original account and I can’t restore my purchase because it says that email account already has one. There is no where to get in contact with help to solve this issue.

Paid premium and got scammed
I paid premium and it’s not giving me access to any of the premium features that I paid for and on top of that it won’t restore my dozens of personal workouts I made on a phone I lost that I backed up but the app is broken so I can’t use them anymore which sucks, the app is broken.
Something has change - Feels like a fraud now.
Had the app for 3+ years, loved it designed a lot of routines around it. Have bought premium twice now last two months. Cant restore , can’t contact help , no one gets back to you, domain name can’t be found. It’s feels right off, tread carefully ..
