Very Easy to Use

This was a very straight forward process. It does require that the user understand the document they are using. The NFC chip is commonly located on the back page of the passport.

Holding an NFC device to a biometric passport logo Is a common mistake. This will likely result in the failure of the identity verification process.

Not functional, cannot scan chip - waste of time

If I could give this a zero

Absolutely terrible app. I have an iPhone 13 (no case) and an American passport (no case) and no matter how many times I tried this which was more than 20. It didn’t work. It worked just fine on another entry. I needed to make so it it’s not my passport nor my phone.. I guess if you’re an American, don’t try this.

Doesn’t work

Face scanning step doesn’t work. Just get a loader and it fails before actually doing anything. Tried killing the app and restarting it but no luck

Waste of time

Doesn’t work. Can’t find the chip. Even taking a picture of the passport is buggy. This app just wastes your time.
