I swear the urgency these people had rivaled a dead snail. I checked and EVERY flight to Palermo was delayed. 0% on time 😭😭😭😭😭 how do you not even get one on time

First of all I did not receive miles for logging in the app for the first time, second there isn’t a quick easy way to live chat and third when I go to the help section anything I type “No results found

Small tight late and rude
Apps fine. The flight sucked. A 1 hour flight turned into a 3 hour pain. Had to take a bus out to the plane. Then we sat there on the tarmac for an hour. The plane was small and the lady in front of my wife leaned her seat back during the delay and squeezed her while we sat and waited. We asked the steward to help but he did nothing and after asking nicely the woman in front of my gave some attitudes. The guy behind my wife was very tall and shoving his knees against her back the whole time. It was also very hot. The crew was kinda rude. There’s probably a better choice than this. Literally the chair in front of me is hitting the brim of my hat.

Straightforward…Once You Get Your Account Created
The ITA Airways App does the job in serving up your tickets as booked. It takes a little wrangling to get your booking number linked to your ITA account and I expected that to be automatic once I entered my name and email address. C’est la vie!
Not recommended
Be aware that using the app will cost you more for the seats , food, WiFi etc
Charged and told upgraded.
Was told I was upgraded to business class. Charged. Then not given and had to ask for refund. Very disappointed

Easily the worst app I’ve ever used, and I’ve been in the Apple ecosystem since iphone2.
From login to password resets to notifications the app is flawed.
It does not help that the company itself also is not the greatest as I’ve used them 6 times and been dosappointed each time.

Imposible hacer el check in online , ni por la página web ni a través de la app porque el trayecto no es directo si no con escala .
Ósea que estás obligado a pasar por facturación con el riesgo de no llegar a tiempo si tienes una conexión anterior con otra compañía . Esto comporta que si estás de tránsito , tienes que salir , facturar y volver a pasar por el control de seguridad etc…

Para crear una cuenta tienes que registrarte en travel id pero tampoco se entiende como hacerlo .
Deberíais poneros al día y a nivel de otras compañías donde todo se puede gestionar de forma rápida y sencilla

Check-In über die App hat beim Rückflug nicht funktioniert.
Beim Hinflug zuerst schon, Bordkarte hat geladen aber danach dann konnte sie nicht angezeigt werden. Merkwürdiges Sache. So muss man halt wieder zum Check-In Schalter.

Da quando l’app è stata aggiornata aggiungendo voli del gruppo Lufthansa, l’esperienza è nettamente peggiorata, lenta, piena di bug, interfaccia poco intuitiva e poco curata…
Terrible
Rarely have I experienced such a poor app - cannot even log in as apparently my password (which I use to login via browser) is now suddenly wrong. When I use a link to reset a password it never gets sent (yes I checked the spam folder). So it’s basically COMPLETELY useless.
