Bad

Doesn’t work - appt link brings me to the website to download every time and ensure I have most updated. I do have the most updated version but the app still doesn’t pull up from the appointment link so it can’t be used. Also has tons of bad reviews. Trying to log in is a mess! The receipts are not complete with information that should be on there and having the same email for a mother and child shouldn’t be this freaking difficult. Not user friendly at all. I’m disappointed my therapist stopped use simple practice because that was actually simple.

Doesn’t work on iphone

There is no way to login and book appointment as the app is not compatible to iOS. The buttons for login are not visible. This is ridiculous output by developers.

Just doesn’t work.

Won’t open in app, only in browser. Used to work.

Does not work at all

I have tried this repeatedly over the years. I download the app, since that is the only way it supposedly works on Mac products. Go to open it, it starts loading, and then automatically shuts down before fully loading, every single time. This is followed by me deleting the app. You’d think after many years they could resolve the issue and fix their bugs, but as evidenced by all the reviews, they either don’t care or are not prepared to hire someone who can fix it.

ignore the bad reviews

This app actually runs smoothly and has a very specific purpose, a lot of the bad reviews are from people who didn’t read the app description and were not specifically told to download this app.
