Don't purchase from dis app they not responding on time and product quality is very cheap good with another brand Watch quality is very baad customer service is very poor
Irresponsible application refund not processing and also delay reply gmail and already lost 1400 rs
Poor response and customer get irritated taking multiple follow ups

I’ve placed an order on 30th of July 2025 and today it is 23 of August 2025 . Almost a month now and I haven’t received my order yet worst customer support ever they are not even replying or taking the call and I’m not able to report this app or website and my order is prepaid btw

The sorting and filtering options should be more based on different categories of watches you sell, in the app. We have to scroll through all watches to find one that we need. Sometimes we can’t find a watch because we don’t know the watch title or description. Makes me abandon my buy. Filters based categories would help. Thanks

I have an issue with the Cancellation policy, as there is no information for the same. So, JW Will you please let me know do you have any cancellation policy or not? I have raised a return request of my watch this week Monday and today is Sunday it’s almost 1 week the return has not yet picked up. Everyday i am just getting a msg from blue dart that today the order will be picked but no one is coming to pick up the order.
