Wasted 20 minutes trying to connect to a charger at the Santa Monica Von’s. Never worked
How is this company making money?
I honestly have no clue, apart from the advertising, of course because I’ve literally not been able to connect to this charger time, with multiple different electric vehicle models. At this point, I think these Chargers are just virtue signals for “clean energy“ posturing. God forbid you actually want to charge your car. Maybe idle fees are the main driver for Sales, I really have no clue. Does anybody at this company give a damn?

Absolute trash
I found a charger requiring this so in order to charge. It's trash. Doesn't work, and apparently they don't care that they are ranked one star. Probably a front for laundering. Fix your app!
Cannot see the map without the credit card info
I just want to look around first. But It does not allow it without your address and credit card

Just downloaded the app and got charging. Convenient in this area near Hershey park where there are not many options.
Useless
Canadians can’t charge at their chargers, even though my credit card and everything is loaded correctly. Completely absurd, especially because the app provides no notification of such restrictions. I spent 15 minutes, trying to figure it out and give up. Why can’t you guys just give a notice based on my Geo location? It would take like 10 minutes to program this simple notification. This is why this deserves zero stars, but I have to be generous and give it one star

Never receive the email or sms. The charger is slow as well. Not worth it.

This thing is soo frustrating. Wanted to charge the car as I was shopping at an outlet mall in Myrtle Beach SC. Why don’t you tell me the price before I go and waste half an hour downloading and setting up an account? Higher rates than any charging stations I ever used plus all these extra fees. Why not just tap your CC and pay as you charge with upfront fees like lots of other charging stations out there. At the end of it all I decided not to charge and stopped at a supercharger as I was traveling. I went back to read the review and it all makes sense. All these 5star reviews are probably bought because no one in their right mind would choose to charge here vs other chargers.

All charging stations are faulty at the same time
I can’t say I am not enjoyed with the jolt charging app. However I recently experienced that all charging stations in my area (5km radius) are out of order - this actually disadvantages the flex users who paid the monthly fee - beside this current extreme case, one or two stations not working is quite normal —- so 2 stars

Time and Money WASTED!!!!!
Miserable
A silly app that takes the place of what could be super easy credit card payment. And you pay $1 for the privilege of charging, plus have to sign up for a $0.00 monthly“subscription” presumably so this company can track you and sell your location data — or whatever they’re doing. Garbage. Make charging easy.

Stay AWAY!!!!!
I was standing directly in front of the charger, but could not charge because their stupid app could not find the correct charger. I spent about an hour trying to navigate around the different chargers and try different things, but nothing worked! Now I know why they only had one out of five stars from all the other reviewers…

Best Economical EV Charging
If you know how to work around 7kW free energy, JOLT is the best and most economical EV charger.
It can't take USA numbers correctly
I tried for 15 min to setup and account and and the setup process just don't work example I will order enter my number so the US has plus one and then I'll be like 4+14 and then my number was just crazy so I never received a text but then when I went to try to set up yourself and then I go I try to set up via email. You need to set up your phone and I set up my phone needs to set up your email and unlock out of both of them.

Terrible setup
Endless questions, no integration with wallet. After I selected charger and connector type it asked me for additional information. Then it sent me back to find location and charger all over again. Finally it started charging at .02 kWh. After a few minutes it had given me zero kWh, but charged me anyway. Restarted charging again, and same thing. I deleted my account after trying for 15 minutes. Worst ev app yet. Is one star the lowest I can give? Too high.

Works fine for me
After read a lot of bad reviews I had decided to take the risk and try it my self.
- No problems at all with the app and the charging stations I had use 2 different stations so far and they had work perfectly fine.
I can stop and begging charging with the app with not issues at all also I didn’t have any problem with randomly charging stopping.
I guess they had fix that issue.
- They DO charge me $15 every time I used their charger but it’s like a hold amount that they reimburse after a couple days. This amount is extra from whatever you bill is so basically every time I used the charger charger I have 2 different charges one for $15 and the other one for what I had consumed. This might be a little annoying but since I used my credit card it doesn’t really bother me at all. But always good for you to know in case you’re using a debit card. So take it in consideration.
