Horrible app

It’s always hit or miss if this will actually open your door. I’m literally sitting in the parking garage right now waiting for my girlfriend to come down to let me in.

Doesn’t open I’m lock out of my own appartement Everyday for 30 minutes to wait for help

This app doesn’t work at all , I normally take an elevator to get to the 15 floor but for WEEKS I have to take the stair everyday then when I get to my door tried 15 TIMES!! Doesn’t work you try to call customer service it doesn’t Even answer cuz this app is a scam

You take 2h out of my Day everyday when it should take 5-10 minute

I honestly hope that the creator isn’t a scammer cuz why don’t you help ??
