Add cards to Apple wallet
I like the app it works great. I just wish I could just tap to open instead of opening the app and logging in and then wait for the locks to open. If the app had an apple wallet extension I think it would be better
Kills battery
The app prevents the screen from locking so it just kills your battery. There is 0 reason for it to prevent screen lock, unless they do it to invade your privacy and track you.

This system makes it so easy to carry your key to your apartment and you never seem to forget it because most of us have our phones on us all the time!

Terrible overall
Somehow you manage to make the app worse and more unreliable since the last update. I’m need to scan my key in average 3 times for it to work and sometimes it just doesn’t work and I have to call security to let me in my own apartment.
Expires randomly
This app is infuriating. First, I need to tap at the precise time and the exact correct spot on the pad. Usually takes two tries minimum. The worst though is that I have a monthly pass and the app consistently ‘expires’ on a random date. So I repeatedly have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work. Which usually happens when I’m at the entrance and there are irritated people behind me waiting for me to reinstall your garbage app.

They need to make an update to fix the above issue. If my headphones are connected to my device, it does not work.

Concierge at Grand Colorado Peak 8 offered this after I left my wrist key fob in spa robe. I appreciate this option. Super convenient! It worked perfectly our entire stay.
