설치 후 튕김 현상

설치해서 사용 중이였는데
갑자기 튕겨 나가면 앱 접근이 안됩니다
삭제 후 재 설치해도 같은 현상 반복입니다

이 앱만 안들어가지고 튕겨요

아이폰 26.4로 업데이트하고 앱이 안들어가지고 튕겨요 다른 은행앱들 다 되는데 이것만 튕기네요. 하필 기업뱅킹이 그래서 뭘 할 수가 없어요.

사업장 근처에 국민밖에 없어서 쓰는데

거의 이체 할때마다 오류가 뜹니다.
1차 4자리 비번치고
2차 6자리 비번 치는창이 뜨자마자 비밀번호잘못입력했다고 뜨는데 90프로이상그래요 귀찮아요 국민쓰기싫은데 사업장 근처 지점에서만 통장만들어준대서 억지로씁니다

로그인이 왜이리오래걸려요?

숫자판이 뜨는데까지도 오래걸리고 그냥 멈춰서 앱을 껐다 켜도 안되기 일쑤고 비번 눌러서도 멈추고, 들어가는데까지 최소1,2분이 걸려요. 진짜 사용하기 싫은 어플 ㅠㅠ 사업때매 어쩔수없이 억지로 쓰고 있어요. 기회만 된다면 국민은행 어플은 무조건 갈아타야지 싶네요. 사업하느라 은행갈 시간도 없는데 어플을 이렇게 거지같이 만들어서 어쩌려고 이래요???? 같은 인터넷 환경에서도 신한은행,우리은행은 로그인에 0.1초도 안걸려요. 남의 시간 쓸데없이 빼앗지 말고 개선좀 해보세요.
