Poor customer care service
I have been trying to upgrade my account but it’s not working, trying to withdraw my money from my saving too and still not working because it’s above the amount that’s supposed to be in the account
Stupid Notifications
Had to delete this garbage cause they keep sending unnecessary notifications that I didn’t ask for, and that I can’t turn off.
Absolutely Terrible Customer Service
The worst customer service I’ve experienced from a bank so far. I’ve been out of the country for a couple of months and, for some reason, I’m unable to use the in-app customer service chat. When I finally managed to get through, I was left waiting on hold for so long that I genuinely believe the customer service team simply closed without resolving my issue.
I have several queries that need to be addressed, yet not a single one has been resolved. It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially when you’re relying on your bank while abroad.
The customer service is incredibly poor, communication is practically non-existent, and getting help when you actually need it feels impossible.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this bank based on the level of customer service I’ve received.

Please try and work on how this new update app is lagging. It freezes trying to make payment that you nearly press the wrong amount if not being careful.

Notification update
Please try and update Kuda app so that we can be receiving notifications sounds when we receive or send money out like other bank doing such as Opay or PalmPay,not compulsory we receive notification through emails
Design flaws
I actually like the older version more, where my saving are quite hidden from my eyes and that of others, but in this new one, my saving are directly seen by myself and others with tends to draw one to always go for it and make use of it, or people to see that you have a certain amount saved up, in order words “Savings is no longer a bit private to the eyes only”

Your customer service is so slow . Seems you guys don’t know that there are people who live outside of Nigeria using the bank too.it takes days for customer service to get an agent to respond to an account issue.
