What’s going on with Kuda these days, transactions history is not showing on the app anymore, I can’t see who I sent money to and I’m not see who send me money

Upgrade keep Crashing
I'm using iPhone 16 and I've been using kuda since 5 years now as my main bank account. This new update (version 3.004) keeps crashing and since yesterday I updated the app I've not been able to use the app, once I open the app to send money, it closes automatically on its own constantly. This isn't from my phone, this wasn't happening until I updated the app yesterday 14th September 2026. Once this is resolved I'll edit my review. For now this is very frustrating since this is my main bank

The old version was the best version kuda has ever did. This new version is not normal at all, as soon as i login into my account it won’t let me send money or do anything with it before logging out its self

Transfer and recent transactions improvement
I really do love using KUDA but I noticed a few things that could be improve, first when I send money to a recipient and then want to make another transfer shortly afterward, the last account number I sent money too should automatically appear when I click the “transfer” button, this would make it more easier and faster to send money again and the second thing is that in the recent transactions section, the latest transaction sometimes takes a while to appear, while sometimes it shows up almost immediately so the transaction history should update consistently and in real time as well, so look into them so that this small improvement would make the experience even better, I love using KUDA

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Kuda’s CSR’s are just too slow and it takes days for me to get a response on both the app and in emails. You need to do more better cause it’s becoming irritating at this point.
Customer service not responding
I have been sending chat and messages all this while and no one find a time to respond to my messages.
I have a new device that is not allowing me to login to Kuda app for a very long time now and my new device has been formatted. Just for them to help me out but no one till.
So so bad about Kuda customer service and I am one of their first customer when Kuda first started because I believe so much in them but what they are doing now, I don’t know 🤷♂️🤷♂️

I can’t login my account except I have my gmail…. There suppose to be away to login with my number
Fix the save
Hey kuda, after withdrawing from savings it won’t go back to main account unless I close the app completely and open it again. You need to fix that. After withdrawing money from save you just get stuck there no going back to where account balance shows till you close the app and open it afresh. Fix that please I have complained about this on Snapchat and on TikTok whenever I see your ads

Wack customer service
I use to love Kuda a lot before but presently they suck their customers service sucks and even their services this days sucks too just to change my phone number I’ve been calling customer service since yesterday yet no one pick up 😡😡
