Terrible

Glitchy, terrible, will not let me log in for more than a few seconds before it kicks me out and then has the audacity to tell me I’ve tried to log in too many times. Useless.

Literally broken

You are required to accept a hipa agreement when you want to view your test results. In order to accept it, you have to “scroll down” but there is nowhere to scroll down to. So the “accept” button doesn’t work and therefore you cannot ever see test results on the app the sole reason most people are downloading it.

Awful

This is the worst app I’ve ever seen and so it’s an absolutely awful service. There is NO confirmation of a visit, NO ONE to call, NO ONE to email. They provide phone and email and neither work. My phlebotomist arrived on time and was excellent but I have no way to follow up if the results don’t post, there is no there there. Awful useless app, and it logs you out and the biometric ID does not work. Steer clear if you care about your health

Impossible to Create an Account

Honestly the worst app I have ever used purely because I can’t even make an account without getting an error. Will avoid doctors who use this like the plague.

Awful. Cannot login.

This app is so busted that on one screen it claims I must scroll to the bottom of an agreement to login. This agreement is shorter than one page, so no scrolling is needed or even possible. It won’t let me login. And nowhere to do it online.

Could not get lab results or set up an account

The workflow where a URL opens the app or gets taken from your clipboard just leads to the homepage of the app, where all buttons prompt you to sign in.

I tried to set up an account in the app, but the form becomes inaccessible any time the iOS keyboard is dismissed, making it impossible to complete. Could not find a single feature in this app that works.

Don’t waste your time

I deleted and downloaded and still doesn’t work. I can’t even make a profile.

Allow signup with email

I take care of a family member who does not have their own cellphone. I can’t use this app to check their results. Please add email as an option to sign up and log in

I cannot create my account. The app won’t allow me to put birthdate etc to create my account.

It’s painfully obvious that whenever worked on development of this app never actually used it once after it was released. Endless login loops, just unacceptable.

It’s too bad because it gives the entire lab a black eye. The staff and service are excellent but obtaining the results is so painful.

Full of bugs

The LabFly service itself is excellent but the app needs major updating and big fixes. Logging in is difficult and neither biometric nor code options are saved so you need the whole two-factor authentication process *every* time you want to check if the results are back. Frustrating. Numerous error messages come through various parts of the app, including reviewing. The lack of being able to integrate with other Northwell Apps or Apple Health to track historical data is a feature that needs to be added.

Not so good anymore!

Used Labfly for my elderly mom for several years. Tried to book an appointment through the app for a couple of weeks & can not confirm the time & date, yet my credit card was charged. No phone support only email. The only response I get from them is that the tech team will look into it. Such a shame it was a great app!

Buggiest app I have ever seen

After the last update, the app won’t open, says there’s a server response error

Absolutely garbage

The app won’t allow me to sign up or sign in. Whatever I did, it kept on circling and won’t proceed to the next step. I tried everything- switched internet- reinstall the app- restart my phone. Nothing worked!!

LabFly Customer service is as good as useless. They don’t have other means of contact but a freaking email.

They just kept telling me I need to sign up for the app for home draw appointment. Unbelievable. The app won’t allow me to do it!!!! I screenshot and provided proof. They then asked for my phone number and never called!

Absolutely a waste of time. The app is not ready to be used! The product team should feel shame about this!!!

Absolute garbage app

I downloaded the app to get my test results which it worked for. But then I needed to book a home draw for my son, I called Northwell and was told it had to be done in the app not over the phone and I could create a profile for him under my account. So I put in all his information and hit submit when it comes time to put in insurance info and it freezes. Repeated the process 3 times, doesn’t work. I called and was told that I had to email LabFly for help. I got a very quick response and the support tech was amazing. He basically logged into my account and got all the info in for me so I could book the appointment. I proceed to schedule his appointment except when I go to pay it freezes and it’s not accepting payment at this time. So I call the tech back and he logged in for me and booked it, I emailed him the prescription and then he took the payment info. The Northwell techs came and were amazing but we noticed his DOB was wrong on the paper work. 1 months difference. So I go to update his profile and that doesn’t work. Every time you try to change the date it goes back to March 2004. So I email LabFly and no response for 3 days. And the app still doesn’t work to allow me to update his DOB myself. Super frustrate experience with the app. Great support techs and the nurse who took his blood was amazing but this app is a dumpster fire.

Poor user interface

As mentioned, the service is outstanding. The app interface, not so much: Uploading insurance card images results in many dead ends you can get out from only by force-quitting the app. Electronic lab orders are not recognized by the app either. For shame, Docs, shooting rabbits with an elephant gun….

Low quality app, but high quality service

The app is just a website crammed into the form of an app. The service is really impressive and I would highly recommend it.

Nightmare. Don’t waste your time

The entire process with labfly and northwell has been a complete nightmare. The technician who did our test should never be allowed to conduct these tests. She was aggressive, and abusive. She caused my daughter's nose to start bleeding and gave me the worst headache that lasted 24 hours. Then to top the experience off the lab never even processed my test and didn’t notify me either - apparently the sample was “leaky” whatever that means. Avoid labfly / north well at all costs.
