Pointless

I don’t see the point of this app. The few times I’ve contacted the city regarding issues in my neighborhood they just refer me to some other governmental office. Great Job Lansing 👍🏽

Glitchy, slow app, city is unresponsive to safety concerns. Takes years to get a resolution.

Lansing city is unresponsive to safety concerns. Police don’t care about residents. Our neighbors harassed and threatened us for nearly six years before we sold our home and moved.

Completely Useless

The city of Lansing does not use this app appropriately and respond to issues as this app represents. Most reported issues are ignored and simply read as reserved for months or longer. When an issue resolved from outside the cities involvement there is not a clear way to close/resolve an issue. There is also not way to edit an issue without creating comments or creating a duplicate issue.

App occasionally works, but lansing doesn’t follow through.

Sure, it’s nice to be able to report non-emergent issues from your phone or computer-I’ll give ‘em that… but for this app to actually be useful:
1) it needs to open consistently every time.
2) Lansing city needs to actually follow-up on requests.

This app comes across like a simple check-the-box effort, giving citizens a reporting mechanism without any actual resolution or follow-up on the city’s behalf. It’s like the door close buttons in an elevator-it doesn’t do anything aside from lighting up and giving the illusion of issues being taken seriously by the city and law enforcement.

This app is junk.

When I try to view my requests it shows I have one, but I can’t view details about it. The page won’t load. When I try to view requests in my area and select a specific entry, it crashes and goes back to the app Home page.
