Not good so far

Somehow my shipping address shows as an address I didn’t enter. There was no verification of the shipping address when ordering. I uploaded my prescription and it says pending. 8 hours later, I’ve received 3 emails already stating I need to add my prescription, the last one threatening to cancel my order. They are only open Monday - Friday and today is Saturday, so no response yet. Can’t wait to see how much of a pain this is going to become. Should have read the reviews before ordering. Feeling a lot of regret.
