Not good so far
Somehow my shipping address shows as an address I didn’t enter. There was no verification of the shipping address when ordering. I uploaded my prescription and it says pending. 8 hours later, I’ve received 3 emails already stating I need to add my prescription, the last one threatening to cancel my order. They are only open Monday - Friday and today is Saturday, so no response yet. Can’t wait to see how much of a pain this is going to become. Should have read the reviews before ordering. Feeling a lot of regret.

Does not work
Every time I open this app I’m getting an error that something went wrong, and suggests to “contact us”, but how to contact - doesn’t say. Tried to reinstall, didn’t help
Won’t use any other for lens replacements
I had my own frames & local eyewear stores quoted ridiculous high prices without even offering any discounts. Lens Directs promo codes worked perfectly giving me almost $240 off my order! I received glasses returned promptly & they’re amazing!!! So much so I decided that they should install more lenses in my other favorite frames with the coupon they included with my glasses. Saved $120 on my 2nd order.

This App Changed How I Order Contacts

Useless
The app is good for purchasing or virtually trying on glasses. Other than that it is useless. It states you can track your order but you cannot. I’d recommend sticking to the website.

I couldn’t find any walk in eyeglass place to put new lenses in my old pair of glasses….. until I contacted LensDirect. They sent me a box to ship my glasses back and had them back to me just a few short weeks later, looking better than ever!!! These glasses were the only thing I had left from my dad that I could wear. I absolutely wasn’t getting rid of them!! Thank you LensDirect and thank you Ryan, for giving new life to these sentimental old frames. I even got transitions in the lenses (which was not available way back then). You guys are AWESOME!!! Do NOT Order!!!
I ordered a pair of progressive glasses via this app and they’re defective. The frames are so out of line my optician won’t touch them for fear of breaking them and lens direct won’t return or exchange. I tried to reason with them multiple times to no avail. Terrible customer service to boot. Do not order from this company. Don’t believe me?! Do some google searches.
